2nd course run on the website (first paid, second free). So much of it is brilliant and it's fantastic that you can run a free course using it. However there are parts which I've struggled with and not had any response to queries when raised on the website help form. Particularly moving participants from the waiting list (approving them) they don't move in to the main delegate list. They then therefore don't receive the emails, feedback or certificate.
