So I worked with Book crafters for my self publishing needs. Overall I would say it was a good experience. Their team was pretty responsive and they got the job done.
Thing is, communication could've been tighter. Sometimes had to chase them for updates but when I did get in touch they were super helpful. Also there were a couple of tiny formatting issues in the final pdf but they sorted it out quick when I pointed it out.
All in all, for a first timer like me they did great.
Would I do it again? Maybe.
Guess it depends on how much hassle you're okay with.

I placed an order for a café sign on Temu from this shop. The listed price was reduced from £45 to £16.19, which I understood to be the full cost. After placing the order, the seller contacted me and said they would share the design for approval before producing the final sign. I agreed and confirmed all the details, which the seller also confirmed.
The following day, the seller sent the logo design and then informed me that the total price would be $225. This was extremely disappointing, as I was under the impression that £16.19 was the actual price of the sign. The seller later stated that the description mentions the price depends on size and material. However, the sign was not large, and presenting £16.19 as a “deposit” is highly misleading and does not reasonably reflect the final cost.
This kind of misleading pricing only works against your shop, as it results in frustrated customers and negative reviews.
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the prompt communication and the refund provided.

I am going to share really genuine experience I had working with them.
Their imaginative pictures surpassed my expectations and excellent communication was also maintained throughout the project.
In the start they took time and I was not happy but they provided the whole project before the deadline which was so perfect. I just had few changes and it was good to go before my expected time.
Over all a perfect professional experience with planning and proper explanation.
