Booked this accommodations for a long term rental was very disappointed from the start. Someone stolen the batteries from the remote control so on arrival no TV. No manual left for the property at all so was unsure how to uses the heating. The key pad code was incorrect had to phone the owner.

The chest of draws was stained and dirty reported this to the owner and they said they would replace they never did.

The oven was disgusting reported this and the owner sent a cleaner to put right. The extractor was also so dirty again report this never got cleaned.

All the cutlery in the property was stained and never put right. The freezer was so frozen that you could only place a few things in it again reported this and it never put right.

Cleaners came in once a week without a hoover?????

For the amount of money spent i feel this was not worth the price. The only positive thing was the location close to the station.

The property was secure and safe.

I sent in all photos of my problems to so evidence. Very disappointed.

We used the property whilst on business in the area, but it would also make a great base if you wanted to visit the area with family and friends. We found it had everything that you needed and it was so nice to return at the end of the day to be able to relax and unwind.

Punit,the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as we stayed for a few weeks he was always very thoughtful that we had everything we needed.
