I booked taxi for 5am this morning and…

I booked taxi for 5am this morning and received email confirming everything was ok with my booking. Despite this I had to ring this morning at 5.10am to enquire where my taxi was. I was told there was no confirmation and they were still working on it. 05.25am and finally taxi arrived. I found the service very disappointing and caused unnecessary stress to the end of my holiday.

I was quoted €10.43 euros on this site…

I was quoted €10.43 euros on this site for a 4-5 minute trip which I thought was reasonable. I had to submit my pick-up location via GPS as we did not have an exact address and it was a bit remote. It took an hour for them to find us nut they did arrive.
At the end of the 4 minute journey I was charged €40! I was given no message to state that the amount would be higher than that originally quoted. Not impressed!

I booked my reservation on May 7th for…

I booked my reservation on May 7th for May 8th @ 7:15am to get to the Vatican in time for our 9am tour. I even called to make sure everything was in order and was assured it was. The driver was not on time. I called and then was told he was on his way. He was 45 minutes late and then refused to take us to the destination I booked for...leaving us at the Fumicino airport to figure it out. I called the support number more than once and was told the reservation was confirmed and then sent an email an hour after our pick up saying there were no drivers!!?? Very poor follow through. Would NOT recommend this company ever!! They didn't even apologize for any of it!!

WARNING

WARNING! Fraudulent website. My bank contacted me today to let me know that this company - "BOOKEO24" - has been taking €39 per month from my account since March after I tried booking a taxi through them whilst on holiday. Never even got a taxi from them. I 100% DID NOT sign up for a subscription of any sort!!! This is 100% a fraudulent act they have committed against my bank account which will be investigated. I want my money back!!

Un-authorised debit of subscription fee

It is really horrid to see that companies ripping of people out of their pocket. While booking taxi, i waited for more than an hour and still have not got the taxi. While processing my booking i was asked to given my card details to proceed with booking and there was no clear mention or message about activation of my subscription. After few days, there was a debit of 39 Euros. This is really a hidden trap. I hope the company look into this and take action accordingly. Do NOT use this company!

Since I never got a confirmation email, I cancelled my booking and booked with another company. Nevertheless, they called me in the middle of the night, one hour before the taxi was supposed to arrive, to ask if I still wanted the taxi. And: you think you pay in advance for a taxi ride, but what they do, is they charge you a monthly fee.

After this review, I got a refund from them, so I have bumped them up from 1 to 2 stars, since they have actually listened to my complaints. I still think it’s very little trustworthy to trick people into a monthly subscription.

Use Uber

It took 15 mins to confirm the ride, then the wait time was estimated at 10 mins. Driver took 18 minutes to get to me and when I showed him that the app stated it was just under 17 Euros for the ride, he insisted it was 25 Euros and to be paid in cash.

Cancelled booking as no confirmation recieved before we needed to leave for airport. Had email confirmation of cancellation. But apparently taxi turned up. Will wait to see if I am charged.

Totally scammers

Totally scammers! I tried it to book a taxi in Germany but it never worked. There was no information or notification about any monthly fee. I did not use the taxi service even once. But I got charged €39 every month after that for the following 3 month without any notification email! The subscription was NOT clearly disclosed during sign-up - no checkbox, no confirmation email, no warning before the "trial" expired.!!!

SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE

SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Tried to use them to book a one off taxi. Taxi never existed despite saying it would be there in 10 minutes.
Two days later credit card was charged €39. Used none of their services, and was not told of any subscriptions. Emailed them, got a seemingly legitimate response but tried to reply and my email has been blocked. Please be warned against these scammers.
