Confirmation came late, the online booking site is misleading, on the provided number the operator just hung up on me. Instead of trying to understand my problem and discuss it.…
I was unable to discuss my problem and ask for information on the number they sent me in their already late coming verification message. I had no intention to miss the already ordered taxi but their unprofessional on the phone communication and weak online booking service made me to miss the ride and also let down the poor taxidriver (I am really sorry for his difficulty). After not receiving any confirmation in time after I already made the booking payment(not the whole payment for the taxi of course) I thought that the ordering failed. There was not any clear message on the page and the confirmation text message arrived late as I mentioned. Although I searched in English, and chose the english option on their site, after every time the pages on their site refreshed during the process it changed back to spanish. Their operator on the +34 932 25 00 00 number simply hang up on me instead of trying to understand the situation, the operator also refused to accept that this number was provided me and I did not call the wrong number.

DO NOT USE! Used them to book a taxi which never arrived then they charged my card £35 a month for a subscription service I was unaware of despite me immediatly following up with them after the failed taxi that I was unable to use their service. no subscription was ever communicated through email it appeared as a 10p deposit to activate my card for the taxi booking but was actually a 73hour trial period before starting monthly transactions. I didnt see the first transaction and they refused to issue a refund.

A woman called confirming our appointment and provided me with a phone number to communicate with the driver through WhatsApp. I did as instructed and realized I was communicating with AI. Bottom line, the taxi never showed up!

Its one of those... But! (Read edit)
One of those services where you proceed and everything look okay, but only later you find out you are billed 40 Euro.
I tried to book a taxi in Budapest in January, paid only few cents. And now in April I find out that I got billed 40 Euro in both February and March, which I missed, and now in April again, another 40 Euro. I get that those few cents paid up first is a red flag, there also may be some tiny little warning about it being a "trial" blah blah, but we all know how it goes. No email, no notifications, nothing. Just silently taking 40 Eur monthly, as I forget about even using the service day after.. not to mention it did not help with booking that damn taxi anyway, so yeah, be careful. I basicly paid 120 Eur for nothing.. partly my bad that I did not see the payments sooner in my bank in between others.
I submitted a cancelation today, so lets hope at least that will go well and without any sneaky tactics. There may be a good service under all this somewhere idk.. but all the reviews says it all. Do better, peace.
EDIT: After hearing back from Bookeo24, I contacted them and proceed with full refund as they said below this review. The process was smooth, quick and effective. They were responsive and I got the full refund (Those 117 Euro for three months) very quickly back on my bank account.
I appreciate the quick turnaround and interest in resolving the situation. I still stand on some things that I said tho, I think the whole subscription deal should be bit more clear, as it is also seen in most of the other reviews here too. But comunicating and resolving things like this, plus as I mentioned very quickly and without stretching, is always big plus.
Conclusion - The service might be good, I just did not get to know and that one time we tried to order taxi, It did not went well. However the subscription is tricky, so be carefull.
Thank you Bookeo24 again for resolving my situation, but please, think about it from all the negative reviews here.

I was charged 39€ by Bookeo24.com after trying to book a taxi in Gran Canaria. I never received any service, and it was not clear that I was signing up for a paid subscription.
This honestly feels like a scam. I did not agree to any membership, and the charge was unexpected.

I have since been in contact with customer service not only are there quotes unrealistic to draw you in but found that this is a subscription service you will be charged 39€ per month. So cost us 142€ in total. The experience only gets worse be aware!!!!
After writing this review I checked trustpilot and it’s a scam site like many others we were victims.😏💶💶
