I tried to schedule a "FREE" trial with…

I tried to schedule a "FREE" trial with them, but "Avery" had entered my contact information incorrectly so the THREE sessions I reserved my time for NEVER happened. Despite this, as I had to enter a credit card information for the free trial, they have been billing me since October 2019 for $381.11! I have called and get the run around....at this point I am turning them over to the fraud division of my credit card company and the FTC. If they cannot event get a trial completed, how can they schedule for your business? Their billing department, however is very efficient at sending fraudulent bills
