Easy Cancellation

I recently booked a trip from JFK(NY) to Minsk(Belarus). I accidentally booked the return flight for the wrong date. I called up BookingExpert.com and was connected with someone right away. I can tell their customer service was outsourced but they were very helpful. I was transferred to a specialist and since my tickets weren't issued yet they were able to cancel the booking without any charges. They said I should receive refund in 1 week so as of right now I will leave 5 stars. I will update if I have trouble with refund. I ended up booking corrected flight through them because of great customer service.
