They seem to put overbooked as a way of working, whatever you do, do not trust them and avoid to book anything that they touch.

The booking experience was smooth and the property I booked amazing. Highly recommended!

I would just wish we could change our method or date of payment at some point (if we want to pay earlier or change the credit card info). The system is not flexible at all.

Our host Averil Coates was amazing. The best host since myself and 3 friends have been going to Cala D’or. Averil made our stay above and beyond any we have experienced in the past.

We had a great experience with 6 friends in a fantastic Bookiply home on Mallorca. Everything was taken care of, the host was super nice, and we could simply enjoy our vacation together - great memories!

From the first time,until now I have the best communication with the team. They always try to help both sides.

Bookiply took all our money for the holiday at time of booking. We had major issues whilst there in the apartment - Altea la Nova, (its a ground floor apartment with brown & cream striped outdoor furniture and pictures of birds in the lounge) where we had no hot water for 5 days AND had to wait around on several days waiting for workmen to fit a new boiler! Now we are home, to add insult to injury, the owner has kept our £500 deposit! Bookiply say they cant make him refund the deposit or give us a partial refund for the days spent with no hot water!! Be very careful as Bookiply hand over all your money straight to the home owner instead of waiting until you get back to make sure there is no issues. They claim they also have no power to make owners refund any money?! The unscrupulous owner has easily therefore just run for the hills!! Worst holiday ever. Having to go the legal route!

My correspondence with Bookiply has always been straightforward. Although I was a little disorganised, their agents were patient, very efficient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Found Bookiply via Airbnb. Very easy to book apartment and excellent follow up detailing my booking. Full details of owner provided for detailed questions to be dealt with. Haven't stayed at apartment yet but very good at booking stage so expecting similar with the stay.
