Had no update for an event that should of happened nearly a year ago, so thought I would message the booking agent. Waited 4 days with no reply so contacted again. Was offered a refund but unfortunately they decided to deduct fees and charges.
I asked them to please consider carefully as such companies like ticketmaster refund all costs of events that were cancelled last year (like this one) due to covid. (I understand booking an event after this period you have to expect possible cancellation and the risk however this is not the case)
The email I got back was the worst reply I've ever received from anyone ever.
To be told that to worry about a few pounds was ridiculous, in not so many words, clearly don't understand that in my community 10,000 meals are distributed to people a week. And we are talking nurses and hard working families. I can't tell you how shocked and shamed I am that someone would have this mentality towards other human beings. Its a shame cybele uses companies like this it really is.
