The owner is very friendly. I am not a techie, but she has been helpful, guiding me on to how to do things. Individually. I know she’s busy, so I very, very much appreciate her time in assisting me, never once getting irritated when I didn’t understand the directions.

The reviews that others have given me have been informative and helpful, allowing me to finally have someone read one of my books and give me input. I am most grateful for bookmuffin.com.

I found BookMuffin and as it was founded here, I thought the lifetime price was in AUD but it was not. There is no refund offered.

The premise is good, get Amazon reviews and review other ebooks. But sadly, in 2 months only the site's owner wanted to review my ebook, even though I share the PDF and link. Other people though, do not share their PDFs, they mostly have PAID FOR ebooks, some which are $7.90. (Some ebooks are chatbot garbage passed off as a book, luckily you can always decline to review.)

The ASSUMPTION that everyone has Kindle Unlimited (a $9.99 fee per month) is wrong - and as a precursor to reviewing is NOT stated on the home page.

The Help menu is nonexistent, so very tricky to work out which item to tick.
I put in messages to help other authors, but none of these were answered.

This platform is very useful for authors, as it complies with Amazon's rules and allows authors to read books by other authors and give an honest review. Thanks to it, I have discovered great books and made other people aware of my books. The reviews I have received are thoughtful and consistent with my books. In addition, I have found that this platform works very well for both the Amazon.com marketplace and other marketplaces. This makes it a great option for authors publishing in languages other than English. It is also useful for authors publishing in English. Since I have been on this platform, it has grown a lot and there are more and more authors and books.

I love this platform. It's simplicity is a welcome change. I've been fortunate to receive 9 reviews in a relatively short period of time and are sincere, thoughtful reviews. No spam reviews can be accessed through this system so you receive genuine reviews.

Great Platform where authors could get their books reviewed and collect feedback. only drawback we have there, there are not many user but im certainly positive that over the time of span Bookmufin will overcome this issue.

Bookmuffin is a great community for authors that helps get exposure for their books. The staff is very supportive and helpful. I see great potential for Bookmuffin to evolve and grow into an indispensable resource and community for authors. I highly recommend it.

There's nothing like BookMuffin for authors who want more reviews and to build an audience. The risk-free trial was a great way to see if the service was right for me without committing straight away, and I got reviews within days!

Customer service at BookMuffin is outstanding. They respond quickly and are extremely helpful, answering any questions and providing support.

If you want help with reviews, Book Muffin is definitely worth checking out - especially for authors who don't have a lot of extra time, and the idea of spending money on ads is overwhelming.
