My auntie and I traveled to Paris on Thursday 30th October 2025.we had booked the flight, hotel with breakfast and the transfer for two nights.
Our flight was due to arrive at 10.50am ( Paris time). The flight arrived around 10.45am so we were pretty much on time. We hand our hand luggage and cabin luggage so there was no extra baggage to reclaim from the belt.
When we got off the flight, we were literally on the outside standing next to the plane. We had to get on a bus shuttle to take us to one of the main entrance part of the airport which took about 10 minutes. ( The airport is absolutely huge).
Unfortunately we had to queue up in non EU citizens to get through customs
for 35 to 40 minutes. There was only two customs officers at each desk abd they were taking everyone's digital fingerprints and scanning the iris of each passenger.
By the time we got out of the airport it was about 11.40am. We came out of arrivals 33A. There was no transfer waiting so we walked around for a couple of minutes before I noticed that there was a text message from Go- Travlin ( the transfer company) to say that my pick up was at 14A and we should go quickly to 14A for our pick up. The time which I received this text message was 10.38am.
After asking several people ( about 7 members of staff in total) we got nowhere. The response was 'I DUNNO' each time. The taxi drivers weren't interested. They just wanted to get us in their taxi even though we had a transfer. EVENTUALLY someone explained where arrivals 14a was. That was another 10 minute wakk. Then I realised that there was a WHATSAPP message from the pickup driver called L.... This message had been sent at 9.30 when we would have been on the plane. I tried calling her but she didn't pick up. I tried texting abd WhatsApping her but again she didn't respond. The time was now 11.50am
I rang the number for GO-TRAVLiN and they very rudely explained that the transfer had gone because we were too late and they were nit going to come back. I explained that we had to wait in a long queue and we wasn't initially clear where we had to go and we didn't know where 14A was. The rude woman who I spoke to said that we would have to make our own way to the hotel. I told her that we had paid for a transfer and wanted our money back but she said that they couldn't arrange that, I'd need to call Loveholidays to request a refund.
I then called Loveholidays AFTER contacting EE to request my phone be unbarred to make a international call.
I was told by yet again another rude lady that it was more or less our fault that we came out late and we should have contacted the transfer to let them know that we were running late. How stupid! I explained that you couldn't use your phone on the plane or through immigration and if she didn't already know this, that's shocking. She said that we were not going to get a refund because the pickup waited an hour abd we weren't there. ( That's if the pickup turned up in the first place). I asked to speak to a manager but guess what????? That's right! There was no manager available to speak to. I requested that one call me back but if course no one ever did.
This travel agent are THIEVES and scam artists. I will NEVER EVER book with them again. I'd rather NIT travel that book with them. Please be careful readers because they are not an honest travel agent and transfer company
My auntie and I had to pay another €45.00 to get to the hotel ( which was what we paid for the transfer)

When we were due to leave on the Saturday, I received a message to say that our pick up time from the hotel going back was at 10.05am ( even though our flight was at 2.00pm). Fortunately, we had breakfast early but when we got back to our hotel room at 9.20am, my phone rang abd it was the pickup driver. He said that he would be with us in 10 minutes even though three text messages said 10.05am. Luckily I was around my phone to hear it ring otherwise we would have missed them again😡😡🤬🤬
