I’m so happy to see that I have a new website to check out first before buying a book at full price. The books were all in great condition and at least half the price off. Would definitely recommend.

Really fast delivery and the items were exactly what was expected. Book Outlet makes it way to easy to binge on some of my favorite authors.

If I have one complaint its that their delivery service left the box in the snow and didn't notify me in any way that it was there - a day before the expected delivery date. That said, you can't fault the shipping speed!

I think it's absolutely amazing that I'm able to purchase best sellers and world renowned authors at such a low price then buying in a big corporate book store.

I found titles in large print for a family member. The order took six days from date of order to delivery.

Cannot beat the prices. Only drawback is the shipping. I still like this place so I make the following comments not to deter you from buying from them, but to manage your expectations. First, the box got lost. USPS’s fault. It was over the Christmas holiday rush. But BookOutlet made it all right by sending me replacements and a refund for the one out of stock. Shipping does take a long time because they’re sending through USPS, not Amazon’s instant gratification fleet of trucks. The books were unsecured in the box but even so, they all arrived undamaged and in new condition. (I’ve seen some sellers shrink wrap them to a piece of cardboard so they don’t shift around. Good idea but I guess it would add cost.) In any event, I bought a ton of books and saved a ton of money. Will purchase from them again. Just need to plan ahead and wait patiently.

Book Outlet is a rabbit hole for good books finds. Got 3 books for $43 including tax and shipping.

Was very pleased with my first purchase. One book did have some damage but otherwise everything was great. Shipping did take a little longer than expected.

I had spent over $500 on books with Bookoutlet the prior twelve months. I sent them a photo of a torn cover (first time I’d done so even though this is not the first time it happened) from a new shipment and they said it wasn’t substantial enough to replace.
No consideration for a valued long term customer. Kinda shameful actually

Tracking provided was not working and (so far) 2 weeks and books have not arrived. Asked for updated tracking 3 times, over 7 days and no answers

Easy to order. My book arrived quickly and in great condition.

Price was great, ordering process simple & efficient, delivery time was great. However, there had to be a catch - which was not disclosed! The book was not "shelf condition". Scuffed, and stained. Unfortunately, this was a gift so had some excuses to make to my friend ( recipient ).

One of the books I received was a little damaged. I contacted customer support and they gave me a refund on that book. My order was fast and all items received were in great shape at great prices! I will definitely shop at Book Outlet again and I have recommended them to other people 👍

Great books offered at amazingly good prices. One of my books was not in my order when it arrived but a simple quick phone call and the matter was resolved! Good customer service is always worth 5 GOLD ⭐️

As always, the site is easy to use and ordering is simple. I have rarely had an issue ordering and if I did, the issue was resolved immediately.
