I was looking for a children's book that would really interest young readers because I was a Montessori teacher. The team put a lot of thought into the illustrations, making characters that real and were easy for kids to relate to. In general, it was a good experience and I'm happy with how it turned out.

I worked with them to turn a bunch of recipes into a complete book. The process was well organized and they managed both the layout and illustrations in a way that made the content easy to follow. Overall, the final book came together nicely and reflects the original idea well.

My experience with Book Publisher Hub was highly professional and well structured from start to finish. Their team demonstrated a strong understanding of the entire publishing process, from manuscript preparation to final publication.

I was actually skeptical at first because I had bad experience with publishing services in the past. However, Book Publisher Hub really changed my perception. Not only did they correct mistakes that even I had missed after reading my book numerous times, but they also provided an amazing cover design. What actually amazed me was that they are very responsive and helpful. They actually care about what they are doing. Which is why I always come back to them.

I purchased a $500 marketing package from this company in 2025, which advertised 500 organic social media followers, a book trailer, and weekly social media posts. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was promised.

The followers added to my account appeared to be inauthentic and did not generate any real engagement or business growth. Many of them had identical or repetitive activity, which raised concerns about their legitimacy. The social media posts provided were generic and did not add meaningful value to my brand or audience.

While the company eventually produced a decent book trailer, this only happened after I opened a PayPal dispute due to the lack of delivery on the original services. I had already provided the images and script, so the level of effort required on their end was limited.

Overall, the service did not deliver the organic growth or marketing value that was advertised. I would recommend that authors and business owners carefully research alternatives and choose providers with a proven track record of delivering real, measurable results.

Book Publisher Hub did great work for my book illustrations its looks amazing in both print and eBook format. I am happy with the results

The book cover they design were perfect. The colors were trendy and font really fits my book vibe.

Publishing process was howling and my book went live way faster then my expectations.

Two months running my own ads and spent three hundred dollars selling 6 books only. Uhh then Book Publisher Hub finally assumed and i managed to make 170 copies within two weeks with one half budget. I'm distinctly not a good at this point.

My kindle devices were a disaster with my indents. I nearly returned everybody out of shame. They repaired it by night and salvaged my launch altogether.

They're great at formatting and they really care about making your book look its best.

Book Publisher Hub helped my book to get noticed and connected the readers with the story. Great job out there!

I have constantly many offers from publishers to market my books and build a new website. Finally on March 25, 2025 I let myself to be talked into very attractive contractbyMiles Silverman of Bookpublisherhub. Our agreement had 18 pages long and stressed that BPH will market the present books as well
As the future ones I was preparing. I was
promised a major professionally designed website far superior to the 5 page I had at the time. It was supposed to have a fully designed A+ content..with charts.Bannerz, and CTAs Upon signing offthéagreementI I was supposed to be assigned a special. Literary Manager will be working exclusively with me to prepare the website and publishing new books and their marketing within days
Hidden days HBO removed my old website, which which included trailers for each book and special section of viewing my theater productions on YouTube.. all that was removed and now, it was six months later I still don't have a new website. The proposed simple website had a just a few pages .the trailers were gone the you tube recordings of my stage work wer gone, and everything was written a very amateur language which I couldn't accept .What was worse -before they started working on the website. They removed my old one so now --six months later, I have no website, which is terrible both for my business and for my finances.. there have been no promised press released distributed or created to platforms like Forbes yahoo etc. there was no community outreach for my LGBTQ novels and art books.Now. . six months later I had enough ! what was worse. . I found out that the debit card numbers I gave the accounting to pay for my bills of $4000 were used wired to some company associate instead of deposited in the bank , so when I askfd my Chase bank for a chargeback
I was told there's no such possibility because they are not responsible for wited money. This is the first time it happened to me in six years I always have the money always deposited him in a bank and can be refunded.
And since I already by them foul
another company to create a website and also another company to marketing, I asked for a refund of the money I paid.instead, I was offered a distribution on my books in bookstores and airports. I accepted it as a reasonable offerand we spent the last 2 1/2 months discussing the details. I told themfrom the beginning that I'nwas not going to spend more than the 4000 they owe me already and when they insisted on getting more money I refused .Forthe last month I am given an occasional report on progress, but this reports are 4-5 days in apart and only full of promises.
Despite the upcoming Christmas sales season, nothing has been done. No known airport has been contacted or is not no contact has been sent and your stores at the airport and my books are not being published and I had enough. I just clarify the Mr. Silverman my Contact originator has disappeared within a few weeks and so did the five different Literary Managers , each replaced by somebody else who was going tp be much better but always just another disappointment. Now that Jordan, the latest of the gallery of Literary Manager's has not returned my calls for over a week. I decided it's time to write a report to Trust pilot and BBB.
I I would like to warn you-this company is complete scam. They don't deliver anything just take much more money than they deserve and I would never never pay anyone such amount

My book had been sitting on Amazon for months with barely any sales. But once the Book Publisher Hub marketing team stepped in they gave it the visibility it needed. With social media content ads and expert advice. I finally saw results. Watching my rankings improve felt incredible.

My manuscript was a mess of drafts notes and corrections. I had no idea how to format it for print or eBook. She had timely follow through, she had great suggestions,and the art department did a fantastic job on my book cover. The final product exceeded my expectations and the time it took from start to delivery to my door step was less than I imagined. Rebecca and Book Publisher Hub were able to take my manuscript and make it into a book I am proud of. I will use them again for my next book!
