BookReverb has been a great experience for my first fantasy book. I have gained so many new reviews, and all have been 4 * and 5!
My only gripe is that I am from the UK, and the reviewers are from the US, and don't seem to show up on my Amazon UK site. Maybe it takes time to show up.
But apart from that, I really recommend them to get you started on gaining more reviews on the biggest book-selling platform.
