Hand delivered the books
Ordered books for my niece's birthday from here as we live in England and the postage was ridiculous if I used our local bookshop. They were posted promptly but sadly lost in the post. I emailed to let them know and they got straight back to me and it Turns out that by fluke rather than design this shop is based just down the road from my brothers house so they offered to rewrap the books and drop the parcel off so she got them in time for her birthday. Excellent service :)

Ordered first and last time .Wanted to support small business - even by paying same price for postage as for a book.I pre-order a book in April , which was realised 11 th of June.today is 17th and just received notification of posting it.Despite multiple emails and expressing how disappointed I am - what’s the point of pre order I you are sending books week after official release to all the shops?
