Excellent customer service
The incorrect set of books were sent instead of the ones I ordered. However, what impressed me was the resolution - although I emailed quite late in the day on Friday, I received a response within half an hour, the correct items the next morning and a convenient method of return for me. Anyone can make a mistake and the way my query was handled would definitely not deter me from making further purchases in the future.
