I am very impressed with the effort everyone took in editing my novel: Breaking Free, getting it ready for publication. In particular: Felix Larsson and Solomon Elias.

As complete newby on the publishing field, it's difficult to understand timelines and processes, especially if the timeline and additional task/tools are not visible in Basecamp.

This is different from my own experience as project/programme manager and gives uncertainty which could be prevented.

Therefore insight in task sheduled, who'se working on it, deadlines/milestones and what I as project initiator/user can do more would be really helpful.

Additionally it would be wise to upfront explain creditials on social media or platforms are needed. Especially because security concerns and compliance, when having users from outside the USA, can cause bottlenecks.

The team has been very helpful from the start. Setting up the account and marketing plan. Getting the books started with Antonio and Felix. Providing an editor, Audrey has been great. Also, they helped with Cover Art. And finally, finishing with the release of my books. They have provided a lot of support at every stage of the process.

I have been very impressed with Amazon publishing services. Felix Larsson was fantastic at the commencement of the program. He clearly explained the cost and processes and they have reflected my experience so far. Incredibly reasonably priced and has helped me fulfil my publishing dream. He also checks in and is super helpful. Harvey West then took over and has been working hard to get the illustrations completed and the project finalised. I have appreciated their commitment and attention to my needs as an author. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with the team on future publication projects.

Awful experience with Felix Larsson. The initial chat with another member was good, but I was directed to F. Larsson, who was very rude. He said he was going to ask questions, but it turned into a pushy interrogatory, for me to provide more details. When I said that I would reach out decision-making people as I had no more information, he turned rude. I received an email from him with no manners, then in the chat he was rude again, and I pointed out that courtesy was not there. After I rated my experience in the chat, I got a second email saying "Shame that you went on the defensive once you realized you have no idea about the project, huh? Kinda funny too." I saved the chat and I can provide both emails to higher management (if there is) to prove this. This verbal abuse should not have taken place.
