Amazing reception on my first trial. Definitely using it again on my next travel

Booked through them and the flights are really affordable.

I needed to change the date of the booking and it was fixed as soon as I addressed the issue without having to pay any extra changes.The flights are also very affordable.

My great experience was through an agent who was patient through out the booking process

The service provided was marvellous,i booked a flight once for dates 28 Feb

3 days prior the departure they did follow ups to remind me that;you have a flight on the 28 Feb to check in time at the airport

I was looking to add more bags to my reservation and I got assistance from a very nice agent who helped me all the way through the process and kept me informed, she was available to me even after when I needed clarity on a few other issues I was facing... I think I will be booking here only from now on

Refused my refund even though it was their mistake, they hang up the phone every time I call them.
Just saw your response, checked my account on 2/27/23 and there is no refund.
I have called numerous times and unless I see the money in the account I cannot believe your response.

Very patient and helpful. Will definitely book again in future and encourage family members to do the same.

Matilda worked so hard with me to bring my family together with flights. We had nothing but bad luck on the Frontier Airlines website, and she just really had an organized approach and was able to accomplish all of our needs! Amazing job, Matilda!
