Bookwhen makes class registration seamless

So easy to set up my art classes, and my customers have not problem signing up. I have received money as well as had to return money and the process is seamless. I love Bookwhen. No complaints at all.

User Friendly Booking System

Bookwhen has simplified my life dramatically in that all our students can book themselves onto classes saving me hours of emailing people individually.

Connecting with Stripe means that payments are taken prior to classes and all our students without exception love the system.

Any questions I have had to the customer service team have always been answered swiftly and efficiently. Thank you.

Bookwhen makes bookings so much easier…

Bookwhen makes bookings so much easier for a reasonable price. I can manage my bookings, discounts and everything in one place which is super helpful.
I can list as many classes as needed as well as merchandise products with so many different settings.
I am so happy I was introduced to the system and I decided to sign up for it.

I was hopeful that all the basic…

I was hopeful that all the basic features would be covered and I have setup my students on the platform with class passes - but after talking with support I have just found out I am unable to run the basic promotion of offering the first class free to new customers.

Other platforms offer this and I took if for granted it would be a possibility as its such a popular promotion in the fitness world.

I now can't move platforms easily with my customers already using it so Make sure you check it has all the features you need for any future promotions you want.

Support are nice enough but just disappointed in the features on offer for £19 a month.

amazing product and support

The system works so well and the support team is really amazing. Systems intuitivity of creating your schedule is so easy and clear. The features are like they were made for me personally :))

For a non techy person the support team…

For a non techy person the support team are amazing, they stick with you till you get your head round things and are there on hand whenever you need them. The system is great and the livestream links are smooth and easy to use

Bookings have increased

Easy to use and saves me time

After trialling Bookwhen, I was more than happy to pay for my subscription. It's easy to use for me and the parents that book my tutoring sessions online. Being able to connect with Zoom and Stripe means the whole process of booking, delivery and payment is smooth and pain-free for me.

Bookwhen is so Easy to Use!

One of the easiest booking platforms I've ever used, the trial gave me all the confidence I needed to purchase in full. So easy for me and my clients to use. The Bookwhen team are super helpful and solved any issues I had very quickly. I would highly recommend Bookwhen and have to other yoga instructors and a beautician for their own booking platforms. The cost is reasonable for the level I have chosen to use gives me everything I need to run my business. Easy to set up events and add consent forms etc, also very easy to set up passes and discounts for clients. I am very happy with the system. Also the option for Strip/paypal is very good and takes away chasing monies in, so easy.

Told to book here but alas - didn’t seem possible

Was directed to book an activity here. Signed up and there seems to be nowhere to try to make a booking. Frustrating. The chat option seems pretty irrelevant. Makes you feel there is no help. I will wait to attend my event and hope to book at the venue.

I really like bookwhen

I really like bookwhen. It's really easy to set up and easy to use. Not just for me but also for my Clients.
I use it for fitness classes and phone consultations which is great as I can set up separate booking links for each asset. Customer service is fantastic as well thank you

Zero customer support when I needed it in office hours

I was trying to sign up and I'm inputting information as I think its telling me to do in the format it says but it will not let me. I try to get help from them but I can't get a phone line - the on line help is bots and we all know how useless that is and they say they will get back to me in a few hours.
This is when I'm trying to give them money!
What will it be like if if I have a problem if I sign up.

So happy that I chose to use Bookwhen for my community exercise classes booking platform. It has been super easy to set up, customer service has been amazing and it has been the easiest software ever for me to use. I love it and highly recommend you check it out.

I have used bookwhen a few times now…

I have used bookwhen a few times now and I like the ease of it all. It does exactly what it says it will do and they seem to have worked hard at not over complicating it for the user (me) and the end user (the customer).

Easy peasy

Really easy to set up and use, and technology is not my strong suit!
Customer service is also easily accessible, quick and informative responses everytime I've needed them.
I will continue to use this platform for my small business.
