I will begin by saying that the company did provide all services offered. They did start off responsive to emails. They created my cover art, and then made sure my book was available on kindle, and in hard and paperback.

However, they were numerus miscommunications, between me and the team leader. The issue that bothered me the most was, I was not able to talk to the person who actually read my book. They provided grammar corrections, but they were not helpful with constructive criticism or other questions I had. In the end, due to a miscommunication they published a draft version of my book instead of the polished version. Which is embarrassing for me as I paid a lot of money that I cannot get back, nor can I correct the issue because people have already bought the book, with all of its glaring mistakes.
