A bunch of these scammers are running like a call /chat centre and they keep LYING about the companies and their positions and their work.
Phoenix ghostwriting and BookWriting.inc.

Both companies have same people working in the chat center.

Both r on SCAM ALERT (Scam Validator)as suspicious and all time low trust index.

Trust pilot was very helpful to me in the past when I got scammed by another company and I had posted all the fake contracts and the police report and the lawyer letter which helped me get my refund.

I suggest the same for all customers who get scammed by publishers.

I request Trustpilot to keep my review on site this time also and please investigate the companies at your end as well.

Paid for 3 book and more.
They worked on my artwork for years instead of months like promised. They fixed one thing and messed up another.
No books were ever completed.
As a result of the circus shenanigans with this company and lies stinging me along for more than 4 years before covid hit. Then they closed down and there has been no paid adds with this company since 2019 but the website still up like they are operating.

You can still call up and pay for book design package and more and once paid you will never have the option for a refund that is promised and more.

I have lost all my source files as they failed to communicate and ghosted me during covid. Since my project has been passed onto another 5 ghostwriting companies and they are all linked from the backend.

I've lost close to $30000 on this and it has SCAM written all over it. Do not under any cirmcumstance sign up to Bookwriting Inc, Ghostwriting LLC, Brilliant Ghostwriting and Professional Ghostwriter to name a few. Then the chat on any of these websites are all manned by the same people and they are the ones taking care of sales. I got to see the ugly side of the big guys including the one called WONKA who I called a scam and hung up on him. I have approx 20 or more hours of recorded conversation for quality control as they put it and also transcribed chats regarding sales products upsells. If someone out there can help me with this I would love to hear back. But I have lost a lot but if I can help you to not do the same it will be a win.

I was in the process of writing my first book, and was looking for a great editor. While searching in the Southern California area, I came across their site and contacted them. They tried to sell me on ghostwriting and design services which I didn’t need and I started getting text messages with “Only 9 coupons left. Write your bestselling book now.” I replied STOP, but by that point it was too late. I have gotten no less than 4 calls a week and countless text messages for over six years. I have asked literally 100 of the call center people to take my name off their list, have replied to dozens of text messages with stop, and then have blocked and deleted the texts but to no avail. I told them if they didn’t stop that I’d file a harassment charge which I have started the process on. I hired a great editor who has edited several real NYT best-sellers. I have had no reason to use this company, and if their tactics with business a relationships and their writing quality is 1/100th as bad as their sales tactics, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

The team at Book Writing Inc did an excellent job of turning my ideas into a readable and exciting narrative.

Confirming this morning that Book Writing Inc, Professional Ghostwriter, and 27 other Ghostwriting companies, all under the banner of Abtach in Pakistan and IS,Uk Australia and Europe etc are a massive scam that xame undone today!!! After six years of working with this company and another four or five of their sister companies. I have put all the pieces of the puzzle together and can gladly confirm that I’m out of pocket most likely $15,000 but have my book finished pretty much but what they do is they Complete a page and then when they’re doing the next page they muck up the previous one and you never get to the end, and like other reviews, have already mentioned that hold your book hostage and then start asking for more money. Be where they also have other companies in America and elsewhere, wanting to interview you or wanting to fix up the book that isn’t going well as they can do it better, but it’s all one big scam. Even googling Amazon at the moment, feels like I’m not in the Amazon website and is very sketchy. Under no circumstances, should you pay any money or email them or call them as they are not who they say they are, and they will do everything to get Artwork started and even done, but you will never get your book. Check out who you work with for months before signing up to anyone and even when you sign up with a contract or a receipt, you will notice that if it is not done the way things are normally done that is your warning but stay away from all these companies. It looks like attack is running 27 different Ghostwriting Service is that I’m aware of and most likely more so therefore, almost 90% of all Ghostwriting services is under the scam banner. The funniest thing was on the chat of one of the sites when things started to become undone the guy that jumped on the chat was named Willy Wonka. If that isn’t a red flag then I don’t know what it is. Anyone wants to speak to me you’ll find me on Facebook regarding more about this, and I’m willing to tell you everything.

It’s been over a year since I have trying to get my ebook paperback and hardcover formatted error free and and published on Amazon and IngramSpark! The company has been unresponsive to multiple emails and help/ complaint file on their website. I was willing to pay them $150 to publish to IngramSpark.I had asked fo a quote for some services. They quoted me $5000. They offered me a payment plan. As a widow living on social security I couldn't afford the payments. I told them what I could afford to do. They are more than likely holding my book hostage because I didn't have the funds they wanted for additional services. I could only afford the minimum. They are probably punishing me for bring poor and unable to satisfy their avarice!I even asked for a refund so I could start over with another company! Once again they ignored me! They are discriminating against me because I am elderly and poor!! I needed the book as a income source! They have failed me by providing a finished published books. It has resulted in being unable to sell books to people requesting paperback and hardcover! It means lost income for me. It also means I can’t do anymore books until this is published and making money. The next step means having to hire and attorney and starting all over. It also means the loss of time and money for this book!!
I would like to think otherwise but they have proven themselves as a company of scammers unable to do as they advertise! They and their other companies need to be put out of business as all they provide is harm to their customers! This company and all the other companies names, they own need to be shut down by the Department of Justice!I have given their name to the State’s Attorney General in hopes that they can help me get my book published from this company.
You pay all that money to them and all they give you is nothing! Your own book doesn’t even get published!

Brutal customer service. Tried to increase my rate by 50% because I didn't have the book written in term. Nothing in the agreement mentioned term on my side. Absolutely avoid unless you want to get ripped off.

Stay away from this if do not want to get burnt. Take your money with no results. No legal address. Report the DOJ and the FBI. It's connected with Brilliant writing, with no legal address.

For over 3 years I worked to publish a book with BW, was a nightmare. I paid with not results. I'm working with the DOJ and the FBI to put them out business.

about 3 years ago I entered on a contract agreement with book writing inc.
The contract was to wright my book, to publish and marketing the book so I can get a monthly income, they told me I should get between 3 to $4000 a month after I do the marketing with them.
Well, I this was not smart on my part to trust them. when I first looked at their website and talked the ghost writers and sales and support in the beginning you would think that their are a good company. I Was I wrong, it turnout to be a disaster, . it took 2 years and they never finish work that they promised to finish in 3 months to this day they took my money for marketing. i can not get in touch with any of them, The marketing material was a disaster, I had lot challenges to finish publishing the book on Amazon, before that it has been one lie after another. I called so many times and sometime i was able to talk to some of them, Steve, Jason, mike and others all made so mane empty promised, after I investigated them I believe they do the same thing under a company called ghost writing inc, it was so much waist of time and money, be aware

You'd be better off hiring a disinterested high school junior. Quality is horrendous and responsiveness is non existent.

I still have not received a phone call or final product from the company and it's been 1.5 years. Looking back through over 70 emails about corrections to my book, all the corrections have come from me and is disheartening. Essentially, I have been editing my own book this entire time. I have corrected spelling errors, rewrites that were not asked for, formatting issues, page layouts, mismatched artwork to text, text formatting, grammar, missing information, missing words, wrong cover image, back cover info errors, and so much more. Every time I receive an updated copy, I need at least an hour to comb through each page to look for errors. Again, what am I paying BookWriting Inc. for?

When I first hired BookWriting Inc., they assured me that they could do the job. Three weeks into it, I called them and asked for my money to be refunded. They assured me once again that they could do the job. EVERY TIME I have received a draft from BookWriting Inc., there has been an error. I regret not pursuing my money back through PayPal at the time. What have I received for my money? Nothing to publish. When I asked you if they could edit and format a children's book, they said they could. Upon further pressing, they admitted that they had not ever edited a children's book (but now it was past the PayPal dispute timeframe). Mistake after mistake has been delivered to me. This has been the most frustrating experience and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for publishing help. You have been warned.
