This company, new to me, led me to a wonderful retreat, took my deposit, and facilitated my connection with the teacher. I hadn't heard of Tripaneer before I Googled "Kauai yoga retreats," but I found the retreat easily in one of the top results.

I had problems getting on the page to enter my credit card infos and they were very caring .
I found the problem myself , it was my phone ao when I used my computer it was ok!

The campus is ideally located on a small hill with the beach at its foot. It' s perfectly calm at night.
The food is scrumptious and the teachers patient and efficient.
I enjoyed it all, the classes, the beach, the bungalow, the location, my comrades and, of course, the food!!
Stayed 3 weeks ..

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star… the organiser cancelled the trip due to injury, whom I wouldn’t book with again due to attitude. Such a turn off for a yoga teacher training…
I had to chase the company for a deposit refund, and they ignore your emails repetitively, so I have lost my refund.
They only have customer care if they are TAKING money from you… sorry to say.

The search functionality and booking process are fantastic, I’ve booked through them 4 times now. On my current booking I’ve needed to change the date. The venue/retreat say it’s available and that I need to make the change through bookyogaretreats. A week has passed and this has not been done, I’ve chased them twice, only to be told they are working on it. Meanwhile the reason I needed to reschedule, work client, has been left hanging while this basic request holds everyone up, I cannot proceed till they confirm, so I can confirm my availability. I am loosing money over poor admin and processes.

Nothing negative about this place. From the wonderful quiet rooms to the delicious food, space in the lodge for company or solo time, to the the yoga studio. The teacher was lovely, knowledgable and went at a pace for all abilities. A good amount of practice each day with meditation also. I absolutely loved it and will be back

This retreat was a wonderful, healing and soulful experience for me!
I had some key issues in my life, which I have been dealing with for some years. Until the retreat, I had not found the root of it and a way to resolve, let go and heal.

I didn’t have deep mediation experience and did not quite know what I was expecting. So I trusted the process and allowed myself to fully open up.

Agnes is such a kind and warm person. She was all there for me during my whole stay. The schedule was very individual and flexible. We looked at what I needed and adapted accordingly along the way.
She guided me to find answers, helped me to see and feel things differently. With myself, with the relations to others, with my past and to truly be in the present.
I experienced deepest meditation and had several so pure and so magical moments during my stay.

Also, the villa is a wonderful place to find rest, to disconnect and recharge. It is close to nature, where we had beautiful walks, and there are restaurants nearby for nice dinners.

Leaving the retreat, I feel I am finally connected with myself. I feel so light and powerful at the same time. So grateful for this and can highly recommend!

As someone who tries to list their retreats online through bookyogaretreats I have to say it is one of the most user-unfriendly pages I’ve ever used. I use another booking website and everything that takes 5 minutes at this website takes at least half an hour on the bookyogaretreats. I am dreading if I have to do alterations to my retreats because it’s so complicated, the customer service is bad and overall I’m almost not using the website anymore or put in much less effort compared to the other website. I don’t recommend.

Excellent yoga retreat for my partner and I. We hadn’t done yoga before and wanted to use this trip as a way to learn about it.
The team at Riverside Cabins was excellent. The facilities were second to none and the staff were always at hand to help us if we had any requests.

Yasmin was an excellent yoga coach and chef.
Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Was easy to find a suitable retreat, price was very reasonable and I felt like I got great value for my money, met some awesome new people and had a blast.

Complete bait and switch. Their site advertised a single occupancy room w/ private bath for $1,699. Once they verified availability, they sent me a link to complete my reservation. I noticed "Premium" was missing from the description and when I asked them about it, "oops, it was an honest mistake and I can book for $3,200 instead. I am glad I verified and would not suggest using them. Go directly to the resorts themselves to book.

Absolutely horrible to work with as an organizer of retreats. The system is slow, you can´t to changes on your own, but need Tripaneer to physically approve every time, and they are SLOW! Often they make mistakes, and correcting them again is even slower.
Very, very stressful to "co-operate" with.

I found the BookYogaRetreats interface quite easy to use and the communication with the providers was seamless.

If you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, hinterland is the place to stay. It's peaceful and tranquil and the hospitality is truly amazing. What modcons are lacking Unni's team and service certainly makes up for it.

It's very basic but very welcoming and enough to make your stay enjoyable. The treatments, yoga, spiritual attitude all contribute to my wellbeing perfectly. It's definitely worth a visit and I will definitely return. Unni thank you and job well done x

Loved the yoga experience. Timea is an excellent instructor. This was the best part of the experience. There were not many instructions about the hotel and meals and the schedule. I had to figure that out myself. The weather was bad so there was no communication on where to go for the class. Not very organized.

Very easy to use the website i found loads of affordable and value for money retreats. Communication responses were fast and very helpful.
