Overall, they are efficient and responsive!

The whole process was perfect, very efficient! Until when I arrived the check in counter, the airline staff said they don't accept my test result, and I need a cover letter for the test result. I called the CS, she immediately knew exactly what covering letter I need, and issue one for me... however, if you know this is necessary for travelling, why not send to the customer in the first place together with the test result.

Because of this issue, I've been stuck at the check in counter for an hour and almost couldn't onboard my flight.

I had an inconclusive PCR test result that I received on the morning of my flight. Having to have a new test in record time, to be able to fly in the afternoon, you were life savers! PCR test results in one hour. Thank you!

The test was effective but i asked an email to be filled for the JAPAN form, git the confirmation from the lady that did the test for me and it was not sent. Please it is important paper for Japan...disappointing even though it was fast.

My test result document was rejected by the airline (Etihad) for travel to Japan. The lady at the test centre in Paris did say something about sending an email for extra details for Japan, but was not clear that it was essential to do so; she did not say the test-result document would be rejected. (This should have been known by now).

I contacted the test center (not in France but in the Nederlands) by email and phone. After several hours I finally got another test-result document, which I resubmitted to the airline (Etihad) and a few hours later they said they accepted it.
A lot of wasted time and stress could have been avoided if I was sent the document required for Japan first.

So easy to book and results were fast!

113 euro for a PCR test which results costs only 15mn, not serious. and Chinese Embassy does not recognize your result. Its a trash, please stop it.

I recommend this place, for those who needs PCR tests on Sunday in Paris. The result is given very quickly and if you need additional documents (a certificate prepared in a specific form -- in my case I needed one formatted by Japan's government style) they prepare it very quickly.

We booked the test for the location Fletcher Hotel Rotterdam Airport. The process was horrible.
I gave it a 2 star rating (instead of 1 star) only because eventually they did do their best to give the results in time but only after I showed my dissatisfaction more than once.

Our appointment was at 9am. We arrived at 8:50am but no staff was there. After asking the hotel reception a few times, they called the doctor to check. Apparently, the person taking the test was sick (ie threw up over own clothes) and went home to change clothes. No replacement staff was available and we simply had to ‘wait’ to do whatever we felt we ‘wanted’ to do. Absolutely ridiculous.
We booked the expensive test (had to pay 50euro extra) so that we would be secured of a result within a hour so that we would be sure not to miss our flight because of delayed test results.

How can you not take responsibility for
your organisation by replacing the person asap upon notice so that you can meet your scheduled timeline? How can a sick person continue testing for a disease?
Felt there was no ownership whatsoever. After becoming really angry, the doctor arrived himself and took the test (more than half an hour later than scheduled) the results luckily still came within the scheduled time as apparently results can be done within 15mins.

I was thankful that we got our results within the hour, but having to wait so long to get tested (website state that each time slot is 15min, so in my case 09:00-09:15) and the unprofessional manner in which we were treated is simply unacceptable.

I hope that other people will not experience the same and that they will change their way of working and be more professional.
