I ordered through Bookup and had a very poor experience. When my order went badly wrong, Bookup offered no real support at all and simply said it was down to the restaurant, despite the order being placed through their platform.

There was no attempt to help resolve the issue, no follow-up, and no sense of responsibility for a customer using their service. Being passed from pillar to post when something goes wrong is not acceptable.

I will be avoiding Bookup in future and won’t be ordering through them again.

Today i was having a craving for Indian food, and I ordered the food from Hot & Spicy takeaway located in burgess hill through Bookup.
To my surprise the food was amazing and delicious,
Lamb was properly done in lamb dupiyaza, chicken was well cooked soft and juicy in naga chicken, Briyani was great and the portions were good size.
Must try place ....to my tastebuds all the way 5 stars for the food around Burgess Hill.

We are usesrs of Bookyup for both Pabna and Banarasi and our manager Amir Ali is incredible. He is always on hand to fix all ammendments and his commitment to reservations is absolutely impeccable. The fastest responses always on time. A huge credit to the team and especially Amir for going out of his way for making sure we stay as loyal customers

I recently made an order using bookyup I got an order no and was waiting for my order,I then got a message from the resteraunt saying the order shouldn't have been accepted as the resteraunt was closed no message from bookyup to say it had been cancelled I wrote to there customer servicenbut got no reply or apology

Placed an order and they collected payment before the order was accepted by the restaurant. Then, the restaurant declined my order, because they were too busy. The next day I received an email saying that my money would be refunded to my credit xard. Still waiting for the refund. Contacted their customer service and they asked me if I had collected the order. I said how could I have collected it, since it was declined??? Now, you get an idea of the quality of service. The time I had to waste, after being left hungry. And the interest I will be charged on my credit card.

The company are no help to the customer at all , they are a pointless 3rd party . When there is an issue with your order they can't give refunds .

Ordered through Bookyup. After multiple calls to the restaurant trying to to establish where our food was, it finally arrived at 20:10. We ordered at 18:24. The driver took our food back as we said that it would be cold. He tried to tell us that he had just watched the restaurant cook it, which was a lie as the restaurant told us he had been out delivering since 19:20. We complained to bookyup, and their response to us was very sympathetic towards the restaurant saying they were busy! Will never order on this platform again.

I ordered a meal at 7.13 pm. At 9.oopm it had still not been delivered despite being shown as accepted by the restaurant and about to be delivered. When I phoned at 9 pm to find out what was going on, I was told it had been cancelled!! By Bookyup without asking me what I wanted and that they would refund me in full (as if they were doing me a favour). I have not been refunded. This is theft.

Bookyup is a great platform to use for any business owners looking to boost orders. My takeaway in coventry has seen a massive increase in orders since they have started marketing for us. I always turn away sales people but when their sales guy shahir came through the door on a quiet tuesday evening i decided to lend him a ear and see what he had to offer, he eventually persuaded me to sign up and I was still reluctant but because the set up was all free and there was no contract i thought why not, lets see if they’re as good as they say they are. My God im so happy I didnt refuse that day! Im very satified with everything. Thank you bookyup

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Ordered a local takeaway through bookyup as a treat as in a night off from cooking wish I hadn't bothered. The order was so late after several calls to the restaurant they told me it had left still no sign until another 30 minutes after. By the time the food arrived it really was awful 🤮 the breads were soggy and like mush the poppadoms were soggy half of it went in bin. Hubby only ate it cus he was starving! I messaged bookyup to complain no reply!! So I called 3 times to be told they would speak to the restaurant and call me back! No did, they were just fobbing me off probably never even spoke the restaurant, please read all the reviews and don't bother using this company their pointless!!!

I ordered through bookyup.co.uk and I can confirm that its very simple to use and pay. Customer service to be excellent. I called up few on their landline, and someone always answers or calls back to sort out the issue

Ordered from a local Indian restaurant at 6.20pm, delivered after 9.30pm after multiple calls & promises, then they didn't have all the items.

Tried contacting Bookyup, no answer on call so sent two messages, 3 days later still no response!
Restaurant said they did not realise order was 3hrs late!
Lack of response, not even a follow up.
