Was a bit nervous about ordering from abroad, but the support team was very responsive when I asked for an update. The box arrived a bit battered, but the lamp inside was protected by thick foam and was completely flawless. It looks very expensive and high-end. happy!

After waiting for 16 weeks, I received a broken lamp.
Here's the story:
1. On 9 January, I paid €311 for the HP 5 regular pendant lamp.
2. Some weeks later, in February, I received the lamp, but it was the wrong colour.
3. After 16 weeks, I finally received the lamp in the correct colour, but it was completely deformed. This was no surprise, as the lamp's packaging was inadequate (stable only on the side but not in the center of that flat large box). My complaint to Boolighting resulted in a refund. I am sorry, but that does not make sense – I wanted the lamp!
In summary, after waiting for 16 weeks and spending a lot of time with emailing and dealing with the post office, I have received exactly nothing but a broken lamp. Not even a discount for a future order. That would have consoled me a little.
Should I order again? The lamp itself would be nice.
But be prepared to be disappointed.
And be prepared to be promoted to unpaid Boolighting staff, responsible for recycling a broken lamp.

I’ve been following the Boo Lighting brand since the very beginning, so I finally decided to get one of their beautiful lamps! Maybe my city is just too far away — the shipping took a whole 18 days.

The lamp itself is great quality, and the design is adorable and cute, like a little Nordic lantern. The only downside was that the installation instructions inside were completely ruined when it arrived. I even put on my reading glasses, but I still couldn’t make out any of the words.

But in the end, I managed to put it all together using my own genius skills. What a happy ending!

Quality is surprising good. Slow shipping, almost three weeks, but the support crew was awesome.

Wow, this lamp turned up dead quick, proper surprise that was. It was packed up real good so not a scratch on it. Looks absolutely ace in the front room, proper chuffed with it. The light it gives off is nice and warm and has made the whole place feel different. You can tell it's well made too, got a good weight to it, not flimsy. Was dead easy to buy. Would tell my mates to get one for sure.

I sent an email to customer service regarding the UK power plug and received a prompt and friendly response. After completing my purchase and sending a follow-up message, I was delighted that they took the time to reply and verify that everything was in order. In online shopping, excellent customer service is just as crucial as the product itself.
