Love this. Love the taste of it also. Really easy to mix, just add some water, stir a few seconds and take it as a shot. Feeling less bloated. Haven't lost a considerable amount of weight but have definitely noticed i am feeling less bloated and i look less bloated. Always have a full glass of water afterwards as it does help and make it work better.

This product definitely reduced my hunger pangs! With less of an appetite I did not feel the need to snack on junk food. I have noticed a vast difference in just 7 days. I bought this 2/3 months ago (purchased 2 boxes!) I felt so much better within myself and felt like I had so much more energy! I noticed that I wasn’t as bloated and since stopping them I haven’t gained it all back! Which is fantastic as most products like this wouldn’t give you long term results! The taste is actually really nice too which I was surprised about ! (I had the orange mango but looking forward to trying more!)

Thought I would give this a try but did not work at all. Followed instructions and took 30 minutes before a healthy meal. Was drinking 1-2 litres of water a day, no snacking - only 3 meals a day, I was exercising and going for walks daily. After only 4 days of taking these, I had put on weight and was extremely bloated . The blackcurrent flavour is awful and the powder never fully dissolves, no matter how much stirring is done.

Great product woukd definitely recommend to anyone if they want to lose weight ive already got my family members using this product

I have used the 7 day achiever for 2 weeks and lost 5lbs. I had a higher goal but I understand it’s different for all body types! I’m still happy with my results. Its super easy to use and It’s given me the kickstart I needed to help me get back into shape and loose that extra weight! I would highly recommend to everyone I know.

Honestly thought this would have been a waste of money on yet another weight loss product but after just a week using the Boombod sachets I have lost 5 pounds! The change to my stomach is unreal so much flatter, no bloating at all, couldnt believe the difference in my before and after pictures, being really insecure this has gave me a boost and I cant wait to start my second box of satchets. I was looking forward to trying Boombod. I took the sachets as directed and before every meal. However I saw NO weight loss and no change to my belly, I was having around 1500/1600 calories a day but that was my choice not as a result of Boombod. The week after Boombod I bloated more and put weight on. I have another box of sachets but doubt I will try them again. Real shame as thought these would be a great aid to weight loss but were not.

Boombod really works for me! Helps me craving snacks and stops me over eating at mealtime. It makes me more awake and alert, just generally feeling well and healthy

Orange flavour is by far the best, definitely prevents bloating and stops snacking throughout the day. Definitely worth the money

I’m so sorry to write a negative review but this product has not worked for me at all , if anything it upset my stomach for the first 3 days and I noticed nothing in weight loss. Also blackberry taste wasn’t pleasant . Wouldn’t buy again and did not carry on with box 2
