So, as a guy ordering these for his wife, the size scaling was absolutely bizarre. The range of weight:height is super weird and I became worried I'd insult my wife. However, she reassured me this is pretty typical. They look great on her and she was very happy. Came in a pretty timely fashion, no issues.

I bought these and gave my mailing address upon purchasing. After a week I wrote asking about shipping. They asked for my address again, saying they would ship. I immediately gave them my address, they said I would receive shipping w/I 24 hours. I gave a positive review contingent upon shipping, at that point. It has since been well over 72 business day hours and I have received no shipping notice. The only notice was asking for for me to leave a positive review like my other one here. As I have yet to receive any notice of shipping, 2 weeks later, I could leave no positive review. We'll see if they do something for me to change it.

The service I have received has been first class. I ordered some leggings in November, but because they were a gift, they weren’t tried on until January 2nd.
They were a little too small and my wife would have preferred a darker colour, so I contacted Customer Support to ask if an exchange would be possible.
I had a quick and helpful reply, saying that I could exchange and was given an address to return the goods to. This I did, and ten days later I received the replacement pair. These are a darker colour and fit perfectly. My wife loves the fabric and finds them very comfortable, and I think they look great!

They have great customer support.
I accidentally made a purchase and I contacted them and in less than a day they had responded to me. Both via email and instagram. I am happy to have gotten help right away. I will definitely be a future customer. 10/10

Took 7 weeks to get them in the mail. Customer service was unhelpful. Came 3 weeks after Christmas. Fell for the marketing blitz. Wife hates them.

I love these leggings. I love what they do for my body in all the right places. They are comfortable. They are just incredible and when I did have an issue with a pair of leggings, it had a hole - I wrote to customer service and they immediately got back to me and gave me the option to replace or refund. Well I obviously chose to replace because I love these leggings. Thank you!

The leggings I received weren't what was pictured on the website. The band did not go into a V at the back like on the pictures. It was just a straight across, all the way around.
I followed the sizing chart and when I received them they were way too long. The waist was up almost up to my bra and the leggings were still all bunched up around my ankles.
Then when I went to return them, if I wanted tracking on it, it would have been $60!!!!!!!! with tracking. So I had to opt for no tracking and it was still $25 to return them. I won't be trying another size or anything. I can't afford how much it would take to return them if they didn't fit again. Save your money and get a nice pair of leggings somewhere else.

I can't comment the product because after almost half a year I still do not have it just "enjoy" discussions with customer service somebody who introduses as "Jennifer Hill". Maybe it's their trick to behave so irrationally and without competence expecting that the client would rather get rid of them

These are ok, I am pretty true to size and the front to the pants are high wasted but they dip in the back so the front constantly rolls down. These literally go up your butt and every crack down there so wearing underwear is kind of a pain but grosses me out to just go commando. The quality of material is good. If you want to return them though you have to send them to Germany, which make shipping them back for another size or refund rediculous. I bought direct from the company. I see Amazon has them so it might benefit to order from them for return purposes. Overall I probably would not order them again since they don't fit right. Had they had a high waist in the back so they wouldn't roll I might have given a better review.

Never shipped and like pulling teeth to get a refund. Expect a response from customer service 24 hours after the request. In that response, expect them to lie.

January 18- finally received the leggings- several weeks after the fact and we'll after Xmas. I received a full refund after multiple requests due to the fact that they did not fulfill the order in the time they listed on their website. It took 24 emails to get the process finalized. At one point, I was told I could only recieve a 50% discount as per their policy- the website does not state that in their policy. Honestly, there are a dozen companies on Amazon that offer the same cheap material leggings that ship within days, not 6 weeks.

I've just contacted them to ask where my shipment is as the tracking (after 3 weeks) just says shipment info received?!?!? They said they had been inundated with orders and would I accept a 50% refund to cancel the order... Lol! No I won't pay half to receive absolutely nothing. What a joke company.

I love these leggings. I ordered two pairs, got the tracking number (which worked!), they came in about 2 weeks.
I got these in October and have been alternating them every day at the gym, I've had no issues with loose threads or holes. They hold my belly in, and push my butt out! My bum is quite big anyway lol but in these! Omg! Overall I'm super happy with these leggings, and the service received and I will order more, just as soon as I'm paid!

Quick to take money and that's all that's quick about them...

Ordered a pair of leggings for my girlfriend. Received something completely different from them. In fact it’s a different brand entirely (undeniable). They sent me some strange lined shorts for a dude. Contacted customer service and they stated I have to pay for return shipping to Germany even though they messed up. Will be opening a dispute on my credit card. This is another cash grab company in which the CEO is probably gonna sell out quick.

They take your money, and then provide a bogus tracking number from a Chinese shipping company. No shipping updates, and plenty of spam trying to sell you more pants.

Do not buy from this company - This is my honest account of what happened I have all emails as proof. I have rights as a consumer and after I placed the order, 2 days later I changed my mind because of the long 2 week delivery period to the UK. I sent an email to Boom Booty requesting they cancel my order and refund me in full, at this point this is where the games started.
3 days later I had an email stating the order is in transit and I was provided with a tracking number (on which did not work). I sent an email back requesting they redirect the order and to refund me in full. 4 days later I get a repeat of the same message. I immediately replied but more firmly. 2 days later the order was delivered.
I then had to pay to return the goods which was over £12 to a Germany address (when you do this make sure it is tracked and you place a copy of your order inside the return parcel so they know who it is coming from!!!).
I tracked the delivery and found it was being held at customs in Germany.
I sent an email explaining I had returned the order and requested they refund me in full. 5 days later They asked for a tracking number for the return. Luckily I kept the receipt with the cost and tracking number. (Please Please do not be carless and keep your receipt somewhere safe as proof for your return - its good practice). I emailed them back with this information, and a day later I got a email stating they will issue a refund in 5 working days.
I waited 5 working days and did not see any refund. I payed through PayPal and expected to see the refund scheduled through my account but never did.
I sent another email asking them to stop playing games and to issue me with a full refund.
At this point I opened a case with PayPal who I used to pay for the order and sent them all corresponding emails I gave them a copy of the returns postage receipt. (And as a gesture of good will PayPal payed me the returns postage in a voucher form for my next PayPal purchase).
I sent an email to Boom Booty explaining I have opened a case with PayPal and to remind them to refund me in full. 3 days later I get an email explaining they have issued the refund.
PayPal stepped in and gave Boom Booty 10 days (normally 20 working days) to respond on the matter.
I replied to Boom Booty stating every email I receive from your company I will be forwarding on to PayPal for evidence and explained you haven't issued any refunds because I cannot see them on my PayPal account.
few days later Boom Booty responded "I have contacted our finance department requesting they issue a refund in 48 hours".
again I waited not 48 hours but in-fact 4 days and no sign of the refund.
Boom Booty took it very close to the 10 days and then finally I could see the refund on my PayPal account.

I am completely and utterly disgusted with the service I have received from Boom Booty. They did everything in there power to make it difficult for me to get my money back.
The product was cheaply made and heavily marked up and defiantly not worth the price they are selling them for and rely on social media platforms to heavily market there product almost brain wash you into buying them.
My advise to consumers, if you buy from these types of businesses make sure you have payment protection like PayPal or most banks and credit cards have these options check T & C's.
And to make sure you document and keep every receipt and paper work this is your ammunition to getting your money back.
Lastly to be persistent, Boom Booty made it difficult with the hope I would just give up allowing them to keep my money. But after 1.5 Months I finally got every penny back.

Very poor quality, Nothing like advertised, Customer service is horrible and will not respond or help in anyway, Shipping took 5 weeks not 6-8 days, No communication or updates from customer support. Took over a week to process my order, Tracking doesn’t work, Returns and exchanges cost more to ship than new leggings, Don’t believe the hype, Boombooty is a marketing scam. Trust these reviews, Read the terms and conditions, It clearly states that boombooty does not guarantee product quality, size, or colour, and they are not obligated to correct any issues, Technically they are not obligated to even send you anything. They have withdrawn all obligations and responsibilities, The terms and conditions clearly states that the information on the website and return policies and exchange policies can change at anytime, and the information on the website is not accurate as it is for general information only, Refer to a more reliable for correct information…. But the website is the only source of information. Dirty Dirty Dirty buisness.

They melt faster then candy floss in hot water. GF accidentally touched it with her curling irons and pow massive 3 inch hole. Wouldnt like to think what would happen if they caught fire. Otherwise they took 3 weeks to come and were comfy and did look nice.
