Bad organisation, unprofessional conduct

They are very bad at organisation. For our party there were massive delays, they didn't let the VIPs in, we had to wait many hours, missing the VIP programmes that should have been organised for us, and also couldn't redeem our welcome drink.

When faced with our criticism, they couldn't accept it, and resorted to name calling, and deflection. They couldn't apologise and addressed us very unprofessionally. I don't recommend conducting any business with them.
