Zero support and no withdrawals
So early march I sent in a request to self exclusion via the email on their website. After one week I received to reply or confirmation. Then I made a deposit, I won, verified my account and tried to withdraw. After three days, nothing had happened to the withdrawal. So of course, I cancelled it and lost it.
A note for users out there, DO NOT gamble at this site. They offer zero support, or accountability. Zero gambling tools (like break or limits). Just avoid this one. Qbet or leovegas etc is much much better and withdraws within a few hours.

Not willing to cancel my account
I’m trying to cancel my account, but seems like they refuse to let me. First I tried via my profile in app, but that is not possible, for some reason. They wanted me to write an e-mail. I sent the e-mail, but the reply was that they wanted to know why, and if there was something they could do to make me stay on the betting-service. I didn’t feel the need to elaborate, so I declined giving a reason and simple told them one more time to delete my account. No actions, no replies. I have now once more asked if they would delete my account. No actions, no reply. Only a steady stream of ads and spam from them. They have no unsubscribe-link in the e-mails either.

Avoid this site at all costs! I signed uo earlier this month with the sports bonus. The rollover requirements are to be met in 30 days which is reasonable. I noticed that within 10 days, it was showing that it was about to expire and I was scrambling to bet anything that qualified to meet the bonus requirements including sports I'd never bet on. Ended up getting enough bets just in time only to be told by an agent that I didn't. Also didn't get credit for a winning wager that was placed in time and wasn't even being shown as a graded result. Just stayed open and unsettled. I asled to get transferred to a supervisor and then dealt with Kendra. She was trying to say that there was different kinds of bonuses. I sent screenshots of my specific bonus as well as the 30 day rollover requirement as well as mine expiring within 10 days. As she was looking into it, I asked more than once to tell/show me what other sports bonuses she was talking about out of curiosity. She wouldn't reply and eventually admitted that there was no other bonuses and just the one with the 30 day rollover requirement! I told her then it's a clear error on their end that mine was somehow only about 10 days. She would still not admit it as an error on their end and continued to send me the rollover requirements which I already knew and told her that I'd read already. She then became rude and condescending. Saying "glad you can read" which I called her out on. Only to be saying she wasn't saying it in an insulting way. Ya, right. Later in the conversation saying "come on SWEETY...". Called her out on that too and she asked how was that an insult and if anything, it was a compliment. I asked her to read it in it's context and who calls someone they don't know SWEETY? I'm sure she was just trying to get me to be rude or aggressive back to her but I wouldn't. This is coming from a supervisor?! I have screenshots of all of this. I've dealt with some bad sportsbooks and agents of the past 25 years and this is by far the worst.

Avoid this casino - they cheat the banking system and ignore self-exclusion
I’ve had a terrible experience with Boomerang.bet and everyone needs to know how they operate. This isn’t just about losing money; it’s about their shady business practices.
First of all, they are masking their payments to trick banks. When I looked at my Revolut statement, the deposits weren't under the casino's name. They appeared as "Divert Diet" and "Hypergate London". This is a huge red flag. They are clearly trying to bypass banking filters by pretending to sell diet food or tech services instead of gambling.
Worst of all, I had a self-exclusion in place because of a gambling problem. They knew this, yet they still sent me promotional SMS messages. Those messages had direct links that completely bypassed my block and let me back into the site. Because of their "technical glitch," I ended up losing 8,000 EUR that should have never been allowed to be deposited in the first place.
When I contacted their support (Ticket #8MVIM6), they just quoted some generic terms and refused to take responsibility for their own system failure. I have already reported them to the tax authorities and the licensing board.
Check your bank statements if you play here – you’ll see they aren't who they say they are. Stay away, there are much better and more honest casinos out there.
Update / clarification of the timeline:
For clarity, my account was self-excluded/closed on 21 October 2024, which I can document with screenshots and account records. Despite this, I later received promotional SMS messages containing direct links that allowed me to access the site and deposit again. The losses occurred after the self-exclusion was already in place and due to this system failure.
