Shocking company to deal with

Terrible customer service, do not return phone calls or emails, no idea if claim went through, all feels like a total scam for all I know the bank paid direct to them and they then ghost you. Do not believe a word they say if they ring you
If I could give minus stars I would

Harrassment, avoid this mob.

I filled in the forms on instagram but later changed my mind about continuing. I asked them, on the phone and via email to please delete my contact details and information and they said they would do that.
For months now i have received phone calls and emails from boomerang claims. No matter what i do, they will not stop harassing me. I have blocked their emails but they just use a different one every time.
I dont know what to do to make them stop hassling me. Ive asked nicely too many times. They will not leave me alone. I've really had enough.

A financial complaint handing company

I have been dealing with Boomerangclaims since August and they appear to be legitimate company that can claim back money wrongly taken by banks or financial institutions with junk insurance. 4 weeks after the initial consultation in which they asked me a few questions regarding my past financial dealing with westpac, they sent my case to Westpac for final compensation pay out. In late September I received an invoice from them and was told that my final pay out from Westpac would come out 7-10 days after 24/9, but after waiting for more than 7 days I started to contact them about the settlement. I submitted a number of online queries on this through their website and there were no replies to any of my submitted message, I replied to their emails and asking for a more precise day on the final payment, all they could say to me was asking me to be patient as they escalate the issue to westpac, there was no indication or any idea of when the final payment will appear in my account. Their phone number is always unanswered with just a voice message. So far I am not that impressed. Although they are not asking to pay up straight away so using their service will not harm your financially. They are unlikely to be a scamming company.
