I made a payment on 9th August to QT prop firm through BoomFi, but i never received a receipt and payment was never received to the prop firm, I contacted their customer support but no help at all, they kept telling me that they didn’t receive anything! This was insane and really hurtful! So I’d give negative infinity stars if I could and I personally don’t recommend this to anyone

As clarified in your support ticket, you had mistakenly sent your payment to a wallet that was not related to BoomFi. Therefore BoomFi could not help you any further with retrieving the payment, as we could not access it.
It is very important to double check the correct wallet address. Sending funds to the wrong address can lead to complete loss of funds.
We are sorry that we could not help you any further in this case, please do not hesitate to contact us during the payment process in the future to ensure a successful payment.
I tried making deposit through this service provider but ended up not receiving my payment. then I tried contacting the support team but haven't still received any replies.
