Excellent customer service, quick responses to questions and of course, amazing quality of clothes. Dress sizes are true to size from my experience.

Delays can happen with any delivery service and we can feel frustrated in this modern world where we are all in such a rush but when clothes are this lovingly made with care, creativity and attention, these minor logistical issues fade into the background. Especially when the customer service proves similarly above and beyond 💖

My first order with this company so will keep it factual.
I ordered a coat on 8th July 2025 online.
I got an email to say my order had gone through and paid.
By the following week I had to email the company to ask if there was a tracking available. At that point there was no tracking. After a couple more emails it transpired that the coat was out of stock in London and was part of a consignment coming from Paris going to the London store prior to forwarding onto me the customer.
I was issued with tracking by royal mail from customer services by last Friday and received the coat today Monday 21st July.
They have prompt customer services in dealing with enquiry emails. I just wish they would add their name at the end of their emails because I like to know who I'm talking to. In the last email though I was told the delay and eventual dispatch would be personally monitored so thank you for that, it gave me some comfort.
Now the coat. I am pleased to say that I am delighted with it. The colour, fabric, design, stitching, sizing and fit. Only minor grumble is that the waist belt seems quite short but, as i feel the coat looks better on me without it ,it is not a problem. Also a little matching scrunchie to match the lining fabric was included as a small gift.... all to be congratulated. So much so I am aiming to order again, now I know what to expect.
To sum up, I have given 4 stars because I feel the company should have brought to my attention to the delay rather than me having to fret and contact them on a couple of occasions.
Apart from, I am pleased with my new Fia Trenchcoat and looking forward to stepping out in it.

Stumbled across this website and just had to purchase the Barbarella Dress, it arrived to Australia within a week and what an artwork it is.
Beautifully made with love, amazing to wear and so unique. Lovely to deal with and so glad I found this amazing brand, who clearly care about their designs, their world and their customers.

Such beautiful clothes, I fell in love with a dress and ordered it for myself to cheer myself up in a difficult time. It arrived wrapped up beautifully and there were two little extra treats that really made my day! I emailed the company to thank them and got a reply soon after saying she wanted to send me another little gift for being a customer!
Tried the dress on tonight it’s stunning- the colours are so vibrant and the material is luxurious.

I bought a dress in the Boo Pala sale and it didn't fit well but the policy on sale items is exchange not refund so I thought I'd just have to try a different size. However, rather than a straight exchange, they offered to tailor the dress for me. This is a very unique service and I was so impressed with the result. I have a made to measure dress thanks to this service and I love the new shorter length of the dress. Thank you so much.

I bought two pieces from the brand, daisy cropped jacket and daisy mini skirt, which soon became my all time holiday season outfit. The delivery was exceptionally prompt and the quality of both items were impeccable. I am so very happy with my purchase and the service I received as a whole. Company has stopped replying to all my emails, order not delivered after over 1 month in transit. Wasted $200 and seems like no chance of a refund. Do not order from this company if you live internationally (outside UK)
ADDIT- no, this isn’t Prudence, looks like you had more than one order not delivered!

Still waiting for an order sent last June 2021. Company now no longer responding to my enquires.
