Fraudulent site - scam

Fraudulent site !
I ordered my shirts from Ireland and store location was USA but deduction made at some Hong Kong site. Not even shipped after 20 days, no phone number to contact or complain and you receive automatic reply, and on site they mentioned, no return, exchange or refund if you request after 30 days of purchase. How someone decide in this regards if your order is not even shipped. Looks like a scam but everyone be careful. I wish I could give 0 rating. Worst experience
