Canceled a $2200 order without communication - ruined my sons Birthday

I ordered a $2200 ebike for my son's birthday. It said it would be delivered in 3-5 days, which I paid almost $200 for. I also used all the funds I had for the bike. This was Friday. I received an email confirming my order and was told I would be emailed again with tracking info.

I kept looking for teaching info and hadn't received it today (Tuesday) so I went back to the original email and clicked into it, only to see that when I accessed the site, my order was canceled the same day I bought it! No contact, no communication.

I then checked my card, which said the money is still "pending", so I can't access my funds to order another bike anywhere as a replacement.

So they took the money, them canceled it without any reason or communication, and then are holding my funds hostage because they don't know how to properly cancel an order so I can get my money back. They ruined my sons birthday wish.

AWFUL PRODUCT, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The battery failed after 3 months. I cared for the battery and didn’t let it charge longer than it needed. Boosted will NOT warranty it and they will NOT stand behind their product. Seriously, STAY AWAY. Do not fall into the same trap. Check their Instagram comments, I’m not the only one who was mistreated, mislead, and given false advertising to. Their products are NOT made to last, like their website claims.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. They truly do not care about customers!

On Oct24 I ordered ORDER #12510. They cancelled the order after waiting for no reason... Still waiting for any communication. My card was charged. Total scam company in my opinion

Customer service

to everyone reading, all of the people complaining about customer support being bad etc its because the company closed. All the support team was done and they literally closed at least for now. During my time with a boosted board, the board is amazing customer service was amazing they even sent me a brand new battery when I needed one because my just died for no reason. Honestly I am sad that this company is gone because all the others have dangerous boards, fakes or for the price you better just buy an e-bike or a car. I road my board for 3 years and it was always good. The only downside to boosted was the battery range and the placement of the motor cables. If you weren't careful enough your cables would damage and you'd need to send your board back for a fix. Oh and also when I ordered my board 3 years ago they had a big issue with boards and it took them about 4 months to send boards to everyone and for that reason, they gave everyone a 300$ to 400$ reduction on their purchase.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Customer service

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Customer service! We purchased 10 scooters and 2 boards for a vacation home - received them on 5/31 due to Covid we were unable to travel and only used 4 of the scooters in June ... went back in September to find that 4 of the 10 scooters had bad batteries and would NOT hold a charge!!

We finally got a hold of Boosted USA and was told our warranty was not longer valid!

Not only was the women (Debbie) EXTREMELY rude - she refused to help us and said they are a small company and can not afford to help!

Seriously! I spend over $12,000 and you sent 4 scooters with BAD batteries from your warehouse!! Crazy to me...

After I pushed the issue I was offered $50 off a NEW battery for the 4 scooters that are not working... well ok - THE BATTERIES ARE $450 each!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

Terrible Terrible company!!! Would give a ZERO out of 10 and strongly encourage you to NOT shop here and find a company that stands behind their products!

Strongly regret the purchase and wish I would of done my homework on this company!

DO NOT BUY from Boosted USA!!

DO NOT BUY from Boosted USA!!! They use FedEx, which is THE WORST company of all time! They have not delivered my purchase and have not reimbursed me. The WORST customer service I have ever seen! I don't normally write reviews but I wish I could give them negative stars because they don't even deserve 1 star. DO NOT BUY and spread the word about how terrible Boosted USA and Fed Ex is right now!

They have great products but you better…

They have great products but you better hope that it will not break because ther customer service is really bad.
I had my Boosted Rev break down in october 2019 Boosted support said that they would send me a return label and replace the scooter as of april 2020 I have still not received the return-label and I have pushed them several times. Now they don't even reply anymore.

Customer support is non existent at…

Customer support is non existent at this company. This is my second boosted board and I have had nothing but problems. They don't respond to phone calls or emails.
There are other options out there. Don't deal with this company!

Disappointment. Customer Service dropped the ball this time.

So far, here is my honest experience with Boosted company. I ordered a Boosted Rev 14 weeks before its shipment date. My shipment was delayed 2 weeks with no explanations from the company and still by today (after 3 weeks of my email) I have not received any response. They basically ignored my emails regarding my concern over the delivery time. Nonetheless the product was delivered so I wanted to forget the bad taste. Now am I being rewarded for payin $1600 for a scooter that was delayed multiple times and then shiped at the same time with the orders of 1 week ahead. No!. Anyhow, I didn't mind it until I used my scooter for one day and then the battery started to fail. I contacted the customer service and despite being 4 days (into 5) noone has returned my calls or my emails yet. The Boosted app is broken and the instructions on how to assemble your scooter is wrong (there is a reddit forum on this). So at this point, I am very disappointed with the famed customer service of Boosted and the prime product which has already been reported by few people as having issues. Now that I would probably ship it back to CA and turnover will be 3 weeks. So a summer and a fall is spent. EDIT: Reduced to one star as it has been 6 (into 7) days and I have not received a reply back from customer service nor the technical support by today.
