Canceled a $2200 order without communication - ruined my sons Birthday
I ordered a $2200 ebike for my son's birthday. It said it would be delivered in 3-5 days, which I paid almost $200 for. I also used all the funds I had for the bike. This was Friday. I received an email confirming my order and was told I would be emailed again with tracking info.
I kept looking for teaching info and hadn't received it today (Tuesday) so I went back to the original email and clicked into it, only to see that when I accessed the site, my order was canceled the same day I bought it! No contact, no communication.
I then checked my card, which said the money is still "pending", so I can't access my funds to order another bike anywhere as a replacement.
So they took the money, them canceled it without any reason or communication, and then are holding my funds hostage because they don't know how to properly cancel an order so I can get my money back. They ruined my sons birthday wish.
