Over a four-month period, I documented 30 individual purchases to evaluate this shop’s reliability for my YouTube audience. To maintain the integrity of the test and avoid administrative interference, I randomized my payment profiles. The results were consistent across the board: every single account (30/30) received a permanent ban within 2 to 3 days of the transaction. Shady Practices
Purchased an honor boost from them and a few hours later they informed me that they would only cover 10% of the amount purchased. Then they requested an extra 200 dollars to complete the order. I told them it was shady to sell something then try to upsell after receiving payment.

The price shown was listed in error, and no service was started or delivered. Once the mistake was identified, the order was fully refunded. No funds were kept.
Requesting clarification or offering alternatives after a pricing error is not “upselling” — especially when the customer is free to decline, which in this case resulted in an immediate refund.
Labeling this as “shady practices” is misleading and does not reflect what actually happened.

As a direct result of this transaction, my game account has been permanently banned by the developers. It is clear that this site sources its goods through fraudulent means, putting their customers' accounts at high risk. I lost both my money and my long-term progress. The gold you purchased was delivered in full and farmed legitimately by hand, not stolen or obtained through fraudulent means. Your account action was taken by the private server due to its own rules against real money trading (RMT) — not because the gold was “dirty.”
This risk is clearly disclosed before purchase on our service pages and in our Terms of Service. Many private servers enforce RMT rules regardless of how the gold is obtained, and this is outside of our control.
