I have used Booth Central for the last 3 years and it makes my day to day interactions with our artists very seemless. Its easy to navigate for a wide range of users, both comfortable with tech and less tech experienced. The quick response time for both myself and my artists from the support team is invaluable, they are always ready to help with whatever a user needs!

I switched to BoothCentral 6 years ago. The features of the platform have allowed me to customize my applications, streamline my processes, and be more flexible with payments on behalf of my vendors. I also appreciate the real-time support of their team, it feels like working with family! Highly recommend.

I have used Booth Central for two years now to book our shows. It offers flexibility, and works very well for what we do (50-100 vendors) with multiple booth sizes, tiers, and payments. I learned about it through another vendor that does a show we frequently register for ourselves, and I incorporated it from day 1 into our shows that we host.

For the price, and functionality, you'd be hard-pressed to find something that does what Booth Central offers!

As an independent vendor, I cannot recommend utilizing this platform for event applications. Following a dispute regarding an application fee, the platform’s dispute process resulted in my data being shared with an event organizer who utilized that information to initiate persistent, non-transactional emails and issue a business blacklist against my company specifically for contacting support.
When I escalated these retaliatory practices and the data misuse to the platform's co-founder and management team, the issue was dismissed as "standard correspondence." The platform failed to enforce basic anti-harassment standards or protect vendor security during a formal dispute. Returning a five-dollar fee does not excuse a failure to maintain a secure and compliant marketplace for the small businesses that fund this service. Avoid if you value data privacy and professional platform mediation.

This is hands down the best vendor mgt system I've found. Pricing is fair and relevant to the size of your event rather than a monthly fee (this is HUGE for me, who charges just $20 to kids for a booth). The customer service is amazing too!

Their personal service gave us a comfort zone when switching to BoothCentral. And the application is easy and quick to use -- others are sluggish.

We started with using BoothCentral in 2023 for 1 market and have quickly grown to 4 markets/year. It is easy to jury and approve vendors and know that you haven't double booked a booth. They are great to work with and are always available for support if you have any questions.

Booth Central is very efficient and organized. They make the process of taking reservations simple. It is like having another employee in our office. Their customer service is great.

I'm currently balancing 6 events a year, all of them in different stages of planning. Most of these events have close to 200 booths. Booth Central is a vital part of my business, helping me keep everything organized, from vendor information to payments and support whenever I need it. I've worked with them for 2 years now and highly recommend them to anyone organizing events.

It’s great to have an application system that works effortlessly for our vendors to apply to our events - and be able to require them to authorize payment as a part of the application has really helped us keep on top of exhibitor payments.

Booth Central was a great tool to use for our most recent job fair. Each of the employees were so helpful and quick with their responses.

BoothCentral did an amazing job for our very first virtual event! Two standouts: (a) Having immediate one-click-away tech support for our attendees and exhibitors during the live event put them at ease (we got lots of rave reviews about this feature!) and (b) Our exhibitors loved the ability to video chat with booth attendees - that's a feature that competing shows in the travel industry don't offer, and our suppliers who paid to attend our event thought that added tremendous value for them. Behind the scenes, BoothCentral's system is very easy to use in setting up an event. And, again, the customer support for event organizers was VERY responsive - when I had questions, I could log into our account during business hours, click a chat box to type the questions, and I'd get immediate answers (within a minute or so literally). We're definitely using BoothCentral for all of our future virtual events!

Customer service was excellent, courteous and timely.

I was on the Tech Committee for the annual virtual Conference of the North Carolina Career Development Association. Booth Central representatives were very helpful and answered all of our questions. A special shout out to Jennifer and Josh, who were very timely and helpful with their responses.

BoothCentral has elevated our business operations in a tremendous way. It allows us to produce and maintain several customer event applications which equals hundreds and sometimes thousands of active exhibitor applications at one time for our Art & Craft events in Florida. We simply were not doing this level of work before BoothCentral because our system was too manual and labor intensive. It has also reduced our human error and reduced billing labor by 90% due to the built in billing process for each customer within each application. We used to send one invoice at a time, major work but now gone. The platform is easy to use from an admin perspective and we are always getting positive feedback from our exhibitors using it to book booths with us. The automation aspect of the BoothCentral platform is what brought our business to the next level. When it's time to make a reoccurring event, the tech support clones the application for me and within minutes I have a brand new application ready to market to my customers. At this point, I could not imagine not using the platform, simply put, BoothCentral is a partner in our business and a tool beyond measure. It's economical for us and the tech support is fabulous. If you are considering an application platform for running trade shows, I highly recommend BoothCentral.

Those few minutes right before go time when you're counting on everything to work seamlessly because you only do this once a year...... When they do you thank God and the team that helped you at Booth Central to make sure your event is everything it is supposed to be!
The team insured we had another successful conference. I was relieved to have the same rep as the previous year even with crazy covid changing everything.

Booth Central streamlines our application process and makes it easy to communicate with team members as we jury applications and with vendors as we approve applications. The ability to easily see open booth spaces, payments and to have all of our vendor agreements signed as soon as applications come in is priceless and saves us so much time.

BoothCentral was great at helping us to pull off a great Fundraising Gala Program two years in a row! They are organized, easy to work with and a great team!

We have been working with Booth Central since 2019. They have been flexible with making changes to accommodate our needs, with multi-show discounts, early bird rates, and add-ins like sponsorships. They rolled with every punch during COVID, from postponements to cancellations and are always quick to respond to our needs. They are a true partner in the world of consumer shows!
