Ordered from website 3 items, stock was available. Payment made, and few days later money refunded because stock not available for all 3 pcs. Not a professional store.

BOOTICCA can ship items to many countries. Air travel has been restricted due to coronavirus COVID-19, impacting our ability to deliver products efficiently than we normally do. International deliveries may take longer than usual and some destinations may have additional restrictions. You contacted us by email on August 2 and we responded directly to questions asked the same day regarding this additional restrictions and to my great regret that we had to cancel and refund your order on August 3. I hope that your next visit to our online store will make you forget about this inconvenience.
