Ordered 3 candles for the first time
Ordered 3 candles for the first time. When I lit them after a while each one just stopped burning. Was hard to re-lit again. On 1 particular candle it just wouldn't light up again. I had to scrape out wax in order to re-light. Next time ended up pouring out wax so I could relight again. Again same candle wick fell loose and is lost in the wax. Unable to use and am left with half a jar of hard wax. Not great for the price I paid. Also the neck of the jar is quite small so not easy if u r using matches, I wasted alot of matches trying to relight. Never come across anything like this before. Feedback was given to the rep I bought from. The Shakura scented candle is very nice though. Unfortunately I won't be buying again.

Hi Sheetal thank you for leaving us a review. Whether good or bad it helps us maintain a connection with our customers. Said candle in question has been replaced free of charge for you and also a free sample included in your delivery. As soon as we where made aware of the issue we replaced it for you. However with this being said not trimming your wick and not allowing the candle to be lit long enough caused the candle to tunnel and mushroom hence why you lost your wick in the candle itself. The candles are 8oz and a standard neck on them which makes them easy to use with matches and also lighters. Out of the 3 candles you ordered only one had this issue and we sent you additional instructions on how to fix said tunnelling which we do not need to do but we did to help rectify this issue. We also helped you in the late evening with these instructions which was a Friday evening, usually you would be waiting until the Monday for a business response but I feel we went above and beyond for you and the issue you had encountered. By Monday we had and have posted you out a replacement. No mention of the excellent customer service you received via our brand rep and also Boo as the supplier. I am very disappointed that you felt the overall service was a 2 and have missed vital information out of your review.

Thrilled with my order

Bought one of the crystal lamps and some wax melts. The lamp and melts arrived within a few days and I am totally in love. Will not go anywhere else for wax melts now I’ve found boo. Thank you Kerry Tingey for introducing me to Boo. Love the products nearly as much as I love Kerry!!

Incredible wax melts so strong, and the bath bombs are so good i have psoriasis and they didnt irritate my skin at all, room and linin spray i use as a perfume lol overall amazing products and great service quick delivery.
