The whole process of having my boots repaired was straightforward and easy. Communication was excellent at every stage and when my boots arrived the quality of the repair was fantastic.

I have a beautiful pair of discontinued DMs that I bought second-hand. The stitching around the top of both boots has come loose after a lot of wear, and I couldn't find any local places that could do such a fiddly job. I found the Boot Repair Company online and their repair job has been perfect. I sent the boots off and they were returned within a few weeks looking brand-new. I'm so pleased I used this company, and recommend them fully.

I felt compelled to write to you following receipt of the boots which you repaired for me in less than a week. These boots have been in my cupboard for at least 12 years with the sole hanging off and the other parts of the sole perishing into dust. I thought they were beyond repair. They have come back better than they were to begin with. Strurdy, solid, great stitching and wonderful craftsmanship. I am truly grateful and extremely happy that companies like you still exist. Not a simple repair.
The repair I required, although a straight forward zip repair, was made difficult by some additional work required on the zip attachment. The boot was repaired to a high standard and in fitting with the quality of the original boot. The best part though was the customer support which was supportive and informational. It’s nice to know that when you buy a premium band boot, there is the support company behind to effect repairs keeping your boots in tip top condition.

The sole of my favourite Docs started coming away after about 7 years of consistent wear, and I was devastated bc they're my favourite boots ever and they don't make them in vegan anymore. I sent them to the boot repair company through the docs website and they've returned to me looking brand new, I'm so happy. The customer service is also excellent, I stupidly sent only the one shoe because only one was broken and Tom from the repair shop kindly emailed me asking to send the other and sent a free postage label for it - within less than a week of sending the other shoe they were reunited, repaired and sent back to me! I've recommended this service to everyone I know - thank you Tom and co so much for bringing my favourite shoes back to life!!

Sent my Redwings to be have new soles, they have come back looking good as new. I asked if they could do them quickly which BRC did and were turned around in a Week. The communication was great and Rachelle couldn’t have been more helpful and polite.

I sent my partners Dubarry long country boots for repair after 16 years of sterling service, the soles were coming off and had split They returned fully reconditioned and with brand new soles, they look like new. The whole process was very good updates on timelines and the courier was also excellent and all completed in 10 days

So you have this comfy old pair of boots that work for you, but you've worn them so often the tread has gone. Well, you don't have to go through the hassle of breaking in a new pair, or the expense, just send them off for repair and a couple of weeks later you have boots that will walk another thousand miles, that still fit like a glove.

Wonderful service, brilliant price compared to new boots. Just had 3 pairs repaired in a row. I'm ready for winter, and the dogs are almost as happy as my feet.

I’m absolutely delighted … I love these Pascals and they’ve walked me through the good the bad and the ugly, I really didn’t want to part with them. This service was super … returned in way under 2 weeks and the craftsmanship is brilliant. I’m so glad I found out about this service. I am still quite amazed that they even attempted to fix them. I’d have added before and after pictures if I could.

I sent in 2 pairs of Asolo hiking boots. One pair about 10 the other 20 years old. I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect and didn’t think I’d get the original soles back on them. Either way, I was happy to see what I unpacked. It took about a month, as advertised. I was in no rush so didn’t really mind. The shoes used to be really light. The fitted Vibram soles seem a bit heavier. But that’s ok as it was resoling or trashing the two pairs. And the tops were way too good for trashing. I’m a happy customer.

Customer Service also helped resolve some UPS shipping issues when the boots were returned. Thanks again Rachelle.

The workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. My boots needed a repair to the bellows tongue. The new tongue is better than it was originally! The leather was colour matched to the now much darker than new leather and it's little things like resewing the original labels back in which also show a high level of care and attention. Will definitely have my custom again.

Sent my Dr Marten boots to be resoled - an amazing 4 day turn around! I’m delighted to say they look as good as new, if not better. Plus I don’t have to ‘break’ the leather in, which is a bonus. The workmanship is very impressive.

I spent over £100 having a pair of meindl walking boots resoled in 2023. They were then stored in well ventilated conditions, without exposure to high or low temperatures, until this year, when I hiked three days of the southwest coast path. Both soles are now falling off, one near completely. This is not "hydrolysis" of the sole, it's glue failure. I alerted the company, but they said this is normal "wear and tear" and would charge to rebond. Their FAQ states that they guarantee all their crafted repairs, but it is only in the small print T&Cs that this guarantee only lasts 6 months.

To be honest, even if they now offered to do it for free, I have no trust in their service, and will glue them myself, or see what Timpson's can do. I'd hoped that by resoling, I'd give the boots a second life, but it turns out the service is a con.

My 10 year old DM Dealer boots look almost new (pity they can't do the elastic webbing). Great job of resoling and cleaning up my tired and sorry looking boots. they were back within 2 weeks, all the comms and tracking worked perfectly.
Now, looking to send my lovely old Birkenstocks that I tought were at the end of their life ...but maybe not.
