Fast delivery, boots are expected quality.

Had a question about my order and received a very prompt response and solution.

I first ordered these boots on Amazon, I then received a call from the seller stating the sizes were all wrong on Amazon and they'd cancel the order and I could then reorder them on their own website, and that's where the con begins, because when I received said boots, they were atrocious quality, damaged, Chinese copies, these boots have never seen Loblan, they aren't even leather, some plastic/rubber concoction, they know they can't get away with this on Amazon, so they they tell you the sizes are wrong and then send out these disgraceful Chinese boots, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This website and their shop in Camden (244 Camden high street) are run by absolute crooks. DO NOT BUY. All items are faulty or factory seconds (possibly even fakes!) but sold at hiked up prices… they have a no returns policy even if you have a receipt and have not worn them. When confronted re faulty stitching and a request for a refund they get really nasty and aggressive. We had to call the police! Lots of bad reviews and similar stories on their Google reviews too. Save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere.

Had no updates about an order placed a week ago, went onto their website and filled out support form. They then got back to me saying that my item had been "stolen from their warehouse" and they had no more in stock.

I have no idea how that happens, I'd be very cautious buying from here

Have been buying online for donkey’s years but I have rarely come across a company as pathetic as bootsandleather.co.uk, with the obvious intention to not deliver the item(s) ordered and try and avoid refunding the customer unless absolutely unavoidable and ‘forced’ to do so by the institution through which payment was made.

Avoid at all costs.
They'll take your money but you won't receive anything. They don't reply to your emails when asking about your non delivery. Had to get PayPal involved to get a refund.

Absolute joke of a company, ordered a pair of shoes and heard absolutely nothing for over a week. Sent several emails enquiring about when the shoes would be posted, no response until I threatened to claim money back via paypal. Allegedly they would ship the shoes within the next days. 2 days later without any further explanation I get a refund. Upon asking what happened: no reply. Mind the shoes are still in stock on the website. Avoid

My mum bought me a pair of Demonia boots last December as a Christmas present, they're not exactly every day wear boots and with the pandemic I hadn't worn them out the house at all until a few weeks back when I went out for a friend's birthday. That was the one time I'd worn them until I went to pack them a couple of days ago for a festival and noticed the right boot had almost completely torn away from the sole, I still had the receipt and contacted boots and leather, I sent pics and explained how they'd only been worn once, they refused to help in anyway and suggested I take them to a shoe repair shop. This is clearly a manufacturing fault and they flat out refused to help in any way. Even if I had worn them more than once, they lasted no longer than 8 months which is ridiculous for a pair of boots that cost over £200. I used to work for a company selling boots and in comparison this is shameful customer service, not even any offer to contact the manufacturer or take a look or offer any recompense. Shocking service, avoid as they will just turn you away if you have a fault past an unspecified amount of time (their website gives no time period for faulty items) this is a clear manufacturer fault after one wear and I've been turned away. Avoid buying expensive footwear from them.

I rarely leave reviews but I was sceptical about this company because of the lack of reviews/exposure they had and feel the need to give them the credit and recognition they deserve. I bought a pair of boots Thursday and received them on Saturday morning. They are fantastic quality, a good price and shipping was so fast.. I know where i'll buy my boots in future! Keep up the good work!

Ordered some angry itch oops from them on Sunday they arrived well packaged on Thursday I wanted black my wife ordered blue by mistake they came and where burgundy ha ha but I loved them so I kept them will be buying a black pair from them soon great quality boots too I bought some miltec para boots before these (not from boots and leather) and they where rubbish just thought I'd add that in
