My first contact with Graham in 2017 and I was his first trust pilot reviewer.

I purchased two monarch smarti scooters for myself and husband Graham was fantastic then and always has been I knew nothing about scooters and he took the time to visit us in Bath and explained everything.

Graham is absolutely wonderful. He is most helpful his after sales service is incredible nothing is too much trouble and his response in instant!!

I regularly had my scooters serviced Graham arranged pick up and return no fuss and very swift turnaround.

In March I decided it was time for an upgrade so I spoke with Graham and he delivered it personally within a couple of days (my other two are still working and I have them as spare and one with family so it's there for me to use).

Graham you are one of a kind you are a true gentleman. Your business is one of a kind, not many exist offering the personal service that you do and it's all to your credit that I would not go anywhere else and I recommend you to anyone who asks me about my scooter offer them your details.

Having Parkinson's for the last 8 years, the time had come when I needed a little help with walking, so I decided to get a scooter. I saw the reviews for Bootscoota and decided to give them a try. WOW, I cannot tell you how good this guy is, Graham's customer care is quite simply outstanding nothing is too much trouble. I would give Graham 10 stars if I could customer care is something we all search for and I can tell you no matter how long you search you won't find better than Graham at Bootscoota.

This is an amazing company. I bought my Smarti scooter from them two weeks ago and it has been a fantastic scooter. We took it away with us for a break in the Cotswolds and it goes in our boot after automatically folding when needed. When I took it out to use it, it made a beeping sound and wouldn’t move.

I contacted bootscoota and spoke to Graham who I later found out was the owner. What can I say, Graham is an absolute star. He talked me through patiently what maybe wrong with it. After being on the phone for a while, it looked like we would need the company to look at the scooter. I was to call Graham the following day and arrange a drop off point on our way home and Graham promised it would be back to me asap.

When I called Graham the following day, he had been worried and tried to think what was wrong and how to help. He thought it may be the magnetic brake and suggested I look at that. I looked at the brake and moved the lever back and forwards a few times and it made a bleeping noise. I was then able to use the scooter and it worked perfectly for the rest of my break. Graham was brilliant and reassured me any further problems to get in touch with him. I wanted to send an email to his manager to thank Graham. It was then I found out he was the owner- a lovely helpful man who looks after his customers with care and respect. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Amazing customer service and a manager who cares about his customers.

I cannot rate this firm too highly. Despite an initial hiccup with supply almost certainly due to a courier error, Graham went to enormous effort to sort the problem. I would definitely deal with Bootscoota again.

I bought a second hand scooter from Bootscoota 3 years ago. The sales and after sales service was so good that when it came to the time when I needed to upgrade due to progression of my MS, there was only one choice for me, I got straight on the phone to Graham.
I live in Milton Keynes but I willingly travel the 100 miles to Cannock, because I trust Graham. His knowledge of his product and exemplary customer service are second to none.

Following my wife's severe Stroke we bought a second hand Monarch Mobie from Bootscoota but, although Graham adapted it to one handed driving, its height made her feel unstable. So we traded it for a good price at Bootscoota & invested in a 'pre-owned' Monarch Smarti that is superb. Recently it was damaged during driving off a Fred Olsen cruise ship and Graham has replaced the damage part and serviced the whole machine at a very reasonable cost. It now looks like new. I unconditionally recommend Bootscoota & Graham for honesty and exemplary service - its very refreshing to find such high quality & affordable service. Adrian Wedgwood

I would highly recommend this company Bootscoota to anyone who is looking to buy or hire a foldable scooter to take on holiday with them.
The foldable scooter I used was ideal for Airports and the parks we visited on all surfaces without any problems at all, and was so easy to fold and store in seconds.
