Still haven’t received but my credit card was charged

My order went in on April 22 and didn't receive it yet. STILL WAITING!!! I was hoping for it to come in by Mother's Day but I guess not.

Nothing fits me right and the one thing I really wanted you guys canceled on me.

I ordered a phone stand for my car. When it arrived, the box looked like it had been crushed or hit. The pieces inside weren't damaged but certainly weren't fine. The piece where I'm supposed to put my phone was built backwards and its a pre-assembled part of the stand so it was unusable before I even put it all together. The stand part literally goes through where the clasps are for the phone so you cant put your phone in the clasps. Can't use it at all!

I was asked for a review and it's been 2 weeks and my order isn't even on this continent. And I paid for express shipping. Not a great experience, do not recommend.

The handles on the purse I ordered pop off. I can’t carry it.

Horrible customer service. Said would receive on 7-14 days. After 14 days finally got a response that out of stock and refunded.

I’m still waiting to receive the shoes I ordered. You’ve been sending a lot of marketing emails, but you are lacking in logistical support to keep your customers updated on the status of their orders.

The scarves I purchased were extremely thin. I thought they would be thicker for winter, but they are not. Disappointed. However, they were delivered in a timely manner.

I received my skirt and it did not fit. I immediately tried to email and get my return started. I have sent two emails requesting my return and have heard nothing. Customer service is very poor, it appears.

Fast ordering and shipping

I received the wrong color. I ordered a white bag and got beige. I sent a message and haven’t heard anything back from anyone. Very disappointed! I needed a white bag.

Four months later and nothing! Customer service responds 3-4 weeks later dating they will ship ASAP, but that I needed to reconfirm. I still wanted it. Did that here? We are four weeks later still nothing.
Will never purchase from them again, and I’m convinced the people writing on here the reviews are employees or affiliated with the company
