I can’t rate anything yet because I still have not received my order

Sent an email never received an answer the turtle on the ankle. It does not stay in one place. It moves around to the inside of the ankle where you cannot see the turtle very uncomfortable waiting to hear back from someone if I could exchange it for something else.

Recieved my order. Not the right color. Very disappointed. The product itself is good quality and it's a shame that it will take forever to get the product replaced. I'm not going to order from this company in the future. Not being the right color, very very disappointing.

The item was not and still has not been shipped. My payment was processed on 1/30/26. Checked on the status twice. The first response indicated item would be shipped in 24 hours with tracking # emailed. Sent another request for status and was told it hasn't been shipped and there's no option for a refund. I regret that I didn't read the reviews before attempting to purchase from this company.

I received an email asking me how I like the product. I have not received the product and when I let them know that I have not received the product I did not get a response about it.

Rip off and now offline. Never received the gloves I ordered ... now all their links are offline ... cannot contact them. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got what I ordered which is great. I do not like the tracking feature on the website. It doesn't update properly to reflect where the order is in delivery process which isn't helped by the fact it took what felt like forever for the package to arrive. I had to go on a different website to see what was going on. It updated only after I got my thing. In conclusion, I like my product but the wait could have been better.

I ordered a zirconia ankle bracelet and never received it. This Company would not refund my 35 dollars back to my account.

The wait time to receive the item seemed very long compared to other online shopping experiences.
The quality of the item is very low. I doubt that I will ever even use it. For a hanging travel/toiletry bag it is small. The compartments do not expand. Nothing what I expected

My order was correct and on time, the product is exactly what was pictured on the site and I received some bonus items that I was not expecting. The packaging was appropriate for my order, I get put off by excessive packaging. I will admit that the estimated dates of arrival are quite a bit longer than most online stores but I think that is only a matter of geographic location.

Exactly what I wanted-an elastic band of curls to wrap around my pathetic ponytail—and it’s even better than I hoped.
