Prints did not reveal the true colours. The skies looked grey when the skies were lovely bright blue. Picture and colour quality very poor . The photos did not reflect the beauty of the landscape . Very disappointed with prints .

Clear photos and came very quickly
1) In spite of being told the last time I was hassled for reviews, I would not receiver further requests, I have now been hassled for a second review of a subsequent order. Why are Boots treating their customers with such contempt? 2) In spite of specifically requesting that the courier did not simply dump the package on the front doorstep, the courier did not even ring the bell but informed me 15 minutes later by E-Mail that the package had been dumped on the front doorstep. 3) The photographs were printed without any kind of identification of the print number on the reverse and in a muddled up order.

We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We're sorry the delivery wasn't as requested. We will raise this for investigation with the delivery company.
Additionally, unfortunately with the new printing service there is simply no way in which to guarantee file names or dates etc will always be printed on the back of your photos.
The reason for this is because we actually have 6 machines in our processing laboratory to produce prints some will print the file name and others cannot. The way in which we receive order data once uploaded is a completely automated system and we have no way to ensure that a particular order is routed to one printer.
We do understand that this is not what you wish to hear and apologise for any upset this may cause. Regardless we appreciate your feedback as we are always aiming to improve our services.

PICTURES WERE ORDERED ONLINE AND SENT TO MY AUNT, ARRIVED IN A PLAIN BROWN ENVELOPE WITH NO INDICATION WHERE THEY WERE SENT FROM. NO BOOTS MARKING ON THE ENVELOPE. ENVELOPE WAS PLAIN BROWN. MY AUNT WAS EXPECTING A PACKAGE FROM BOOTS (I HAD ADVISED ONE WOULD BE COMING) BUT GAVE NO DETAILS AS THESE PICTURES WERE TO BE A SURPRISE. THESE WERE PICTURES OF MY COUSIN WHO HAD PASSED AWAY 6 MONTHS EARLIER. MY AUNT WAS SHOCKED TO RECEIVE THE PICTURES AS SHE HAD NO IDEA WHO HAD SENT THEM. SUGGEST YOU USE ONLY ENVELOPES MARKED WITH BOOTS NOMENCLATURE, AND GIVE SENDER THE OPTION TO INCLUDE A NOTE ABOUT THE PHOTOS THAT WERE SENT, AND WHO HAD SENT THEM.

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy that your order did not arrive in branded packaging. We use a variety of packaging types, including plain brown packaging and some with CEWE branding, as Boots Photo is powered by CEWE. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer specific Boots Photo branded outer packaging, although the prints inside the parcel will have been placed in a smaller Boots Photo envelope.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to include a gift note with orders at this time. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will pass this on for review.
