It is difficult to give it anymore than 1 star as whilst it was ordered 1 month ago, the first item never arrived, the second item is supposed to be in transit but has not arrived either. It transpires all products are printed in Germany, which is a shame. The helpline/customer services can be hit and miss. The first 2 calls were a waste of time. The third call was an exceedingly helpful Englishman, but sadly as yet nothing has materialised.

I would also like to apologise for the problems you experienced receiving your order, as the first parcel was returned to sender and we had to reprint it for you. According to the tracking, the reprint should have arrived on 23.12.2025. Additionally, I apologise if any upset was caused by your order being produced in Germany. We have production labs across Europe, as we are a German company, and each lab specialises in different products.
