I ordered some coating for my boat in spring 2016. I didn´t get it during the summer and alt least not until october. First they told me "be patient, we care about", then in autumn: " we can´t deliver". I told them to refund my money which I paid in advance. They answerd: "we will do so" but weeks later there´s still no money back to my bank account.
So be careful when dealing with boottotaal!
