I wish I could have given no stars!! I purchased tennis shoes and boots for winter. I took them out of the package and out them right back in. The disgusting smell they have is unbearable. They went to the garage. I don't understand how a company could send something this bad to its customers. I emailed them for a refund, and how I can send them back. We will see if they comply and give me my refund I deserve.

Extremely unhappy with quality and service. Do not buy it’s a fraud site and you get cheap products that look nothing like the picture and have a horrific chemical smell. I even sent them a picture of the shoes I received and the shoes I ordered and they said it was lighting. The one I received is clearly orange the other a dark brown (which is what I ordered) I tried to make a return and they said that I’d have to pay a expensive return fee and they suggest I give them away as a gift. How can I give something away that smells like paint thinner? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I received a cheap knock-off that didn't look like the photo advertised, but worse yet, it was full size off, making it worthless to me. I’ve made several attempts to resolve this, but they either demanded $30 dollar return shipping (original cost of shipping was $6) or they only offered to refund 15% of the original price paid.
The following is what occurred and the steps taken to try to resolve:
Dec 17, 2020 - Original order $45.57
Jan 7, 2021 – Received order from China and I emailed request to return.
Jan 11, 2021 – Complied with Bootzen Return policy - they replied that I should 'give it to others as a gift' because I would 'bear the expensive shipping fee'.
Jan 17, 2021 - They informed me of the $30 return shipping fee. (I said this was unacceptable) I told them I would be willing to pay the $6 original shipping fee.
Jan 18, 2021 – Bootzen offered 10% refund which would be $4.56. (unacceptable)
Jan 24, 2021 – Bootzen offered 15% refund which would be $6.84.(again unacceptable)
Jan 25, 2021 – Bootzen sent identical email again offering 10% refund.
Byer beware.

I ordered on 12/17/20. Today is 1/27/21. Still no boots.
I've emailed and they sent me a tracking # but its never updated an actual location.

Complete scam! Do not waste your money or time. You will not get what you ordered and they will not refund you. I was given a bogus reply that shipping would be $30 and they would only be able to give me 20% refund on my order, asked that I please be understanding as the company would be losing money. Well I lost a lot more on boots that are not at all what I thought I was ordering and now will not wear. Please don't buy from them!

Don’t order anything!! I’d give zero stars if available. I read reviews after I purchased and tried to cancel. They said it already shipped and there was no way to cancel (I emailed 5 minutes after I ordered). They sent a fake tracking number. I received 1 of 3 of my order 5 weeks later and they are fake and plastic. I emailed to say I only received one, they are awful and I want to return for a full refund as well as a refund on the other 2. They said the shipping back will cost me $30 and that the other 2 are on the way. They will not answer now. I’ll be going to my bank to dispute the charges.

This company is a rip off a total scam ordered items on Jan 3 and have yet to receive items no tracking information provided per my request I have reported this site to BBB

NEVER order from them!! After ordering from their site , I read the reviews. My Bad. I immediately canceled the order within minutes. I’ve been contacting them via email ever since . They told me it had already shipped ! That’s a bunch of crap doesn’t ship within minutes. I’m going to get a lawyer to handle this! Sick and tired of fake sites like this! Shame on me for falling for it in the first place! Totally fake site, but my credit card was charged immediately!🤬

I ordered boots on 12/30 and just received them 2 days ago. Paid $47. The boots aren’t even the same boots I ordered. I sent a picture as requested and they stated they make good quality shoes that match with lots of outfits. That lighting and angle can change the appearance. Uh. No. This isn’t even the same shoe!!! They refuse to refund. I will be filing a claim.

I'm frustrated to say the least. The boots arrived and look NOTHING like the picture advertisement. What a joke. They are ugly and cheap. Do NOT think you're getting the cute boots pictured.

As of 2/2/2021 I had to make a complaint with PayPal, to receive a full refund. This was after 11 emails back and forth with “Bootzen” this company is a complete scam, beware! The address that is listed on their site is not them, nor is the email they have listed.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on December 20, 2020. They have yet to arrive 7 weeks later, with 2 emails written to the customer care, and no reply. I am a bit frustrated, all a customer wants to know is what is going on. 1 star due to lack of customer service, and or any kind of support.

If there was a 0 star rating I would select this. Ordered some boots for a Christmas gift, when they arrived 4 weeks later in January they were not what my wife wanted. They were plastic, not leather and all around cheaply made boots. Wanted to return them so I started emailing back and fourth with them. It seems they do not have a return policy. Offered me 10% refund, then 15% refund but wanted me to keep the boots and give them away. The 10% and 15% would have amounted to $4 and $6 back. They claim it would cost me $30 to ship them, which I can not verify since they will not give me a return address to send them to. Stay away from this company unless you want cheap boots you can not return.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on 11-27-20 for a Christmas gift. It is now 1-19-21 and I have yet to receive the boots. I have contacted them several times and their response is “no worries we will check into it, it seems your boots are stuck at the post office”. The most recent post 1-18-21 states the are now in the United States Processing Center, from Hong Kong. The tracking number given is bogus. I too will be contacting my credit card company. THIS PLACE IS A 100% SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered boots on 12/13 and it’s January 17th and I haven’t received anything from them. I’ve emailed them 4 times asking for a refund since I never received the shoes I ordered and they keep giving me the run around and blaming the post office for the delay but they can’t provide a tracking #. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card to see if I can get a refund. This place is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered boots from this company on 12/3, it is now January 17 2021 and they still have not arrived!!! I don’t think this company is legitimate. I’ve asked for a full refund three times so far. I’m going to report them to the credit card company.

I ordered the boots on bootzen on 12/13 and was pretty skeptical to begin with. The picture showed these amazing boots that looked like sorels, I should’ve know! I finally rec’d the boots on 01/08 and they are nothing like the picture, they are cheaply and poorly made with low quality plastic! I emailed them on 01/08 to return them and obtain a full refund and since then they have given me the run around about how I need to take a picture and send to them?! Why would I need to take a picture of an item their company sent me? So I did that and they are telling me to return them I would bear the expensive shipping fee! Will it be possible to give it to others as a gift? Or how about a big coupon for your next payment as a way to make up for this?Look forward to your positive reply.
Are you kidding me? I have emailed them 6 times now with no instruction on how I can return the item for a full refund! This company is horrible, a joke, and customer service with a company should never be this way. Do NOT order from them! Waste of time and money!
