Showing up on time was about all that happened correctly. They did not have the merchandise ordered, and would not honor the 10% off code used at checkout. Thankfully, no payment was completed and the whole order was refused. Will never be using this services again.

The website was so easy to use and it was brilliant to have so many ways to contact the company. I made my order via the "chat" I spoke to "Gina" who gave me an excellent service.
I was worried about receiving the delivery as my phone is broken but there was no need as She sent me the tracking link for the driver via the chat and made sure everything went smoothly.
The Driver Chris was quick to arrive (20 mins early), professional and friendly.
