Extremely disappointing customer service.
I selected a paketskåp as my delivery method and wrote my new delivery address, but they still sent my package to my old address. **The two addresses are in completely different cities**, and I do not live at the old one anymore, so I have absolutely no way of getting my package.
I contacted Boozt and explained the situation, but they refused to help. The only solution they gave me was to wait for the package to be returned and then wait up to **14 days to get my money back**.
I ordered these items for an important event next week, so getting a refund weeks later is completely useless to me. They sent the package to an address that was not the new delivery address I wrote when I placed the order, but instead of taking responsibility and finding a solution, they basically told me to wait and accept it.
Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Boozt again.

Orders are always shipped directly to the delivery address and postal code provided at checkout. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or update the address once an order has been placed.

When you select the add-on service Priority Packing, it means that your order is processed and packed ahead of other orders at our warehouse so it can be dispatched from us as quickly as possible. However, this service does not affect the shipping carrier's delivery times or the distribution once the package has left our warehouse.

Poor customer service!
I didn’t receive my package. When I told them they answered:
We need you to fill out the attached sworn statement in full and by hand (please print it out beforehand and do not fill it out digitally). Please sign and send them back to us attached to an email.
As soon as we have received the sworn statement from you, we can start the investigation with DHL.
