Frustrating experience with the application review process. It took three working days, and each day brought a new document request that hadn't been mentioned before — despite me providing everything asked for immediately. One request came Friday with a Saturday deadline, which is unworkable since banks and employers don't operate on weekends in Sweden.

I have almost five years of queuing time here, and this process made it feel like that counts for nothing. The rules are applied rigidly with no regard for real employment situations — a six-month contract requirement that doesn't account for how contracts actually work. Left me anxious about having nowhere to live, through no fault of my own. Needs better organization and more investment from staff reviewing applications.

Like the others say it should be shut down

The site gives preference to older accounts. Multiple times I have been number 2 to apply for a apartment and at the en of the day I will be number 50+. The older accounts get preference so unless you have a account that 10+ years good luck with getting anything from here.
